What an unfortunate experience to be buying a pre-owned vehicle from Passport BMW, virtually. I found the exact make and model car I was looking for in their inventory. Upon inquiring, my very first questions was that I was an out of state buyer from MA and if they had experience and the ability to complete a sale. I was assured MANY times that this would not be an issue. From then, I put a deposit, and my salesman went MIA for over a week. I could not get a hold of him, and feared I was being scammed. Finally found out he got fired and my sale was just lingering. I was passed around from 'manager' to 'manager' and could never get a clear answer. I had to be the one to follow up and ask questions. My experience was so far from luxury, it's shameful they are affiliated with BMW. After 4 weeks of paying insurance on a car that was sitting in a lot and unable to register it, I decided the headaches and stress were not worth the effort. Funny thing is, as soon as I emailed to pull out of the sale - I got my fastest response ever, and the car was back on their website within minutes for $1500 more than I was paying. Not professional. Rude. Tacky. That was the reputation that was left from this seller. More
