An unorganized and unprofessional team. I bought a used BMW2020 3 Series, and by the time I went there, I found that the hood does not open. As an owner of a 2022 M340ix I had always coveted an 850. Last week I decided to look on the BMW national list, and found two 850s on the Passport BMW site, about an hour away. I had a time crunch, so he went out in the rain to verify the interior color of a newly turned in 2021 off a lease. Sam sent me the details of both cars, and I opted on Friday for one of them. He arranged to have the car detailed and ready for me the next day. I would recommend Sam, the Sales Manager Robert Oates, and the entire staff who happily showed me the differences in the software and features between the 340 and 850. They changed the car in the My BMW app, set up the phone to use as a key (not available on the 340) and sent me on my way before noon to go to my nephew's last high school concert ever! I will probably use my local dealer for service, but if you need a new (or an old) BMW, I recommend Passport and Sam. More
Don’t go to this dealer for service - they are horrible. I looked at buying a 2025 BMW X5 at 3 other dealerships in the Washington, DC area before I went to Passport. Once I was there, Elias Khairzada, Jay, Matt, Jeff, and Hannah were but just a few of the emplo in the Washington, DC area before I went to Passport. Once I was there, Elias Khairzada, Jay, Matt, Jeff, and Hannah were but just a few of the employees I met with during the process and they were all top notch professionals. Passport was hands down, the best experience I had among the 4 BMW dealerships I visited. If you’re in the market to purchase a new (or pre-owned) BMW, don’t waste your time going anywhere else, but to Passport. I found they had the best price AND the best service. And I have to say, NONE of the other dealers I visited were even close on either fronts! Passport knows how to take care of their customers and they do it right! More

I initiated my interest in an x4 m40i online and was contacted by Elias shortly thereafter. Since I've been in the market for this vehicle, I've learned that they go FAST! Thankfully, Elias walked me through the process to secure the vehicle that same day, otherwise, I would have been out of luck. During my final appointment with him, he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. We were in and out (driving my fine new x4) within a couple of hours!!! Thank you PASSPORT BMW and ELIAS!!!! I will be sure to refer others!! More
I rarely write reviews but this place definitely takes the cake for the worst customer service I've ever done business with. I finished signing paperwork on 3/8, took delivery of the car on 3/15 with tem the cake for the worst customer service I've ever done business with. I finished signing paperwork on 3/8, took delivery of the car on 3/15 with temp plates. Was told I would get my plates in 2 weeks since I can't drive around with temp plates in MA. Richard in finance was a complete joke. Don't tell your customers that you'll get back to them just to brush them off. On 3/14, I sent him the insurance paperwork that he asked for and specifically told him to check to make sure everything looks good, but he never provided any updates even though he told me he would check with their registration department. That was the last time I got an update from him. Fast forward, it took 4 weeks after I took delivery of my X5 for them to send me my plates and even then it wasn't the right plates! At this point, I reached out to their registration department and told them I'll just get the correct plates on my own and pay for the fee because I did not want to wait any longer and neither did I have any hope that they 'll be able to get it right at this point. I reached out to their general sales manager to see what they were willing to do for my inconvenience and he basically told me that it was not their fault and there's nothing they can do. Customers pay a fee for the dealership to get their plates done on time. Nobody should have to wait 5 weeks and make a payment on a vehicle they cant even drive because of the dealerships mistake. Had they reviewed the registration paperwork thoroughly and took the time to go over it this error on their part could have been prevented. Very disappointed and would tell anyone to think twice about shopping at this place. The only person I would give any credit to would be Rachel, the sales consultant who actually took the time to get back to me and addressed my concerns the best that she can. Everyone else should go take a class to be educated in customer service or better yet ask Rachel to give them some tips. More
