From the customer service to the cleanliness (especially during COVID!) to having a quality selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, visiting the Passport dealership was wonderful. I ended up working with Kevin Soltwedel who took great care to explain the pros and cons of leasing vs buying, DC-specific incentives, etc. And I so appreciated his honesty! During our test drive, Kevin gave detailed explanations about the technology which was super helpful. I seriously cannot thank him enough! Kevin's professionalism, patience and honesty literally changed my perspective and expectations of car salesmen. After Kevin helped me find the perfect vehicle, I worked with business manager Hassan Kholfi to seal the deal. I have never (1) had a car financing process be so seamless and (2) had any car financier be so attentive and friendly. I wish I had timed the entire experience because it couldn't have taken more than 20-30 minutes, even with all of my questions. If you are looking for a professional, honest car dealership, I highly recommend Passport BMW. If you can, definitely work with Kevin and Hassan (although EVERYONE seemed to be having the same wonderful car buying experience that I was lol I don't think you can go wrong) Sending a big thank you to Passport BMW! I looked for a long time to find the right 540i M Sport, and when I did it was out of state at Passport. After working with Ben Stith, I was assured that everything was ok with the car.
