I have to admit, the buying experience was fantastic with my new friends at passport BMW compared to my last BMW purchase in CT. Don’t get me wrong, nothing went wrong with my last purchase , I just pretty my new friends at passport BMW compared to my last BMW purchase in CT. Don’t get me wrong, nothing went wrong with my last purchase , I just pretty much felt like a number and there was not a lot of personal interaction. Purchasing my 530e from Passport had more of a family, fun type feel. There is always some trepidation buying a car out of state, because you can only virtually view the car. The sales manager, Sean Umlaut, Client advisor, Nathan Tibbetts and BMW Genius, (sorry forget your name), were all great to work with, I can’t say enough about them- all very personable & friendly. They were all patient and answered my countless questions in order to provide me with a comfort level which in turn, ensured me I was actually making the right decision to fly down from CT to Maryland to purchase this 530e. The car was perfectly detailed and the one issue I had, Nate addressed immediately. Sean & I actually became quite friendly with all the back & fourth texting, even friends on LINKED-In now. Nathan I appreciate the assistance with the buying process once I was at a dealership and the ride from the airport, (even though Sean said he would have the owner pick me up- LOL !).
