I was sold a 2017 BMW X3 that had been in a major wreck. The salesman chose not to say one word to me throughout the entire process. I had to discover this on my own weeks after buying. After returning, I was basically told that there’s nothing that they could do. The GM actually told me that because this car passed their inspections (certified) that they were not obligated to provide this information to me on the front end and that it was my responsibility to catch it in the car fax report. Each person knew that the vehicle has been wrecked and chose to withhold the info. How many other vehicles have they sold/will they sell while chasing your money, but doing it with zero integrity.
