This dealership service team is terrible. I recently went for a diagnostic check and was charged a ridiculous fee, well above any other BMW dealership I've have been to previously. Not only was the fee absur for a diagnostic check and was charged a ridiculous fee, well above any other BMW dealership I've have been to previously. Not only was the fee absurd, they inform me of problems wrong with my car that a dealership nearby did not find. Why is this? This appears shady and I do not like being taking advantage of. Please tell me how am I now going to have trust in anything this service center tells me. This place is the epitome of why people say they loathe going to the dealerships for service. More

I bought my first BMW from Passport BMW. My sales rep was Paul Tyler very knowledgeable young man. He gave me plenty of information to make an informed decision about the purchase. I came into the dealership with no appointment on Saturday and I was greeted by a very professional front desk staff, (I forget the guy's name) got a detailed test drive demonstrating the capabilities of the car, and a document noting the current cost and fees. There was no pressure to purchase. The dealership was clean and all personnel I in countered asked if my needs were being met. I could tell the Passport BMW team was about the business of positive customer interactions and lasting impressions. My kind of dealership. I knew I would likely purchase with this dealership and specifically Paul. However, I stayed the course and went to see and test drive a Lexus IS 300 and a Volkswagon Arteon. As with each dealership I visited, I asked Paul to reach out to me on Monday morning and I would have made a decision. Like clockwork, Paul called me on Monday morning. I made an offer by email and text on the car that I thought was fair and asked for a tentative offer on a trade and they accepted pending verification of condition. Once I arrived at the dealership with my trade we were able to come to a final agreement on the price of the car and my trade based on visual inspection. I was very happy with the transaction the business processes at Passport BMW. If you are in the market for a new BMW I recommend Passport BMW as your first stop. This is the second Certified Pre Owned (CPO) BMW that we've purchased from Passport BMW. The first vehicle we purchased was a 3 Series, and now we have an X5. Both times we dealt with Teric in sales and we've purchased from Passport BMW. The first vehicle we purchased was a 3 Series, and now we have an X5. Both times we dealt with Teric in sales and Jeff Steel in finance. Both times were excellent experiences. Passport BMW recently installed a DocuPad in the finance office, which made it easy (and even fun) to sign documents. Passport makes purchasing a BMW stress-free and they get you in and out in a timely manner. Passport isn't the closest BMW Center to my home, but they provide a MUCH better customer experience than other BMW Centers that are closer to me. My first experience brought me back to Passport BMW to buy our second vehicle, and we highly recommend the dealership. More
