Absolutely atrocious customer service. Bought 2 series in August 2021. My salesman, Jordan Riley, immediately became unresponsive after selling me the car. Left two voicemails and sent 4 emails. Asked directly for the sales manager on my most recent call and was forwarded to a voicemail. If every transaction unfolded this way there’s no way this place would still be in business. I drove over 4 hours from NC to buy the car I wanted and what a joke. First, he didn’t relay my intentions about down payment to the finance manage. They did the paperwork wrong and cost me a 2 hour phone call to my bank the next week to rectify it. Then, somehow messed up my license plate application. I got my plates over 8 weeks after car purchase. I randomly got a check in the mail for an overcharge for tag and title. The spare key fob with the car had a dead battery and he told me to go buy a spare battery. Really? I just bought a $30k car from you. How petty. I also accidentally left some CDs in my trade-in car (which they undersold me on by probably about $1000) and have yet to receive them in the mail. He said he’d send them and never did. I’ve given up on contacting them so here’s my xxxxty review for the world to see. Go somewhere (LITERALLY ANYWHERE) else to buy your BMW. More

He was never pushy, which I personally found endearing. He was timely in answering our many questions, especially considering that our old car is a 2000 BMW 528i -- with a key (and before that a 1995 BMW 325i convertible)! Nathan helped us buy a 2022 BMW 530i in August, without the benefit of new brochures or meaningful documentation. Such was the trust we had in him. The car reflects exactly what we wanted and more. In fact, Nathan helped us select many of the custom features, for example, the type of leather, the color of leather, the color of paint, the wheels, and the wood paneling to name a few things. Since he had a far better idea of what looked best in the car, we trusted his judgment. In every case, he was spot on! Our new 5 has a number of computer features which will require our additional attention. Both Nathan and Paul the BMW genius at Passport BMW in Suitland, Maryland, have helped us and have offered more assistance when we have time to stop by. We live in Fairfax County, Virginia, but went to Nathan at Passport because they have such a fine reputation. Nathan really helped us in our pursuit of a new BMW and we love it! Leanne & Robert More
Dishonest dealership. They took a deposit on a car that was supposed to be ordered for me. They lied about having an allocation, which led to my selling my vehicle and being left without a car for six mont was supposed to be ordered for me.
