My husband wanted me to have a car that held its value but sporty! So we stopped in Passport BMW located in Marlow Hts, Md and decided to browse the used car section. Meanwhile a salesman approached us looking dapper in a trendy sports Jacket and Slacks who introduced himself as Benjamin Stith. He greeted us warmly with such poise, confidence and professionalism. He gave us that flavor of “ I am ready to do business with you’ and make you a satisfied customer! Well, that kind of behavior prompted us to move forward! We decided we wanted a new vehicle instead of used. I spotted a 2021 X3 BMW and fell in love with it. Ben sat down with us and said we could build a 2022 BMW X3. He gave us all the details concerning this new way of purchasing a car and the ETA. While the car was on order Ben kept me updated on the progress while it was being manufactured. Finally, We got the big phone call from Ben telling us my BMW had arrived and to pick it up on Saturday April 30th, 2022. When we arrived my BMW was parked in front of the dealership entrance and it was absolutely fabulous!! It was custom made just for me! Hubby and I was so impressed that this whole process only took approximately 3 weeks! April 28th my hubby and I celebrated 43yrs of Marriage and my gift was my BMW! It’s timely arrival made our Anniversary extra special!! This was my first experience buying a bmw. And i have to say what an excellent experience ! First time we entered the dealership, i met with Nathan Tibbetts. Very soft spoken, being our first time, explained everything in great details, never rushed us and took us out for a test drive. We got hooked on right there ! He got our order in after that in no time. Always touched base with us on the phone or through msg or email in case we had any questions or changes in the order. The day of delivery , we were thinking it will take us around 4 hrs but Nathan had already readied the paperwork and we got done in a little over two hrs. All in all, he made our buying experience very smooth and very proffessional. I would definitely recommend Passport Bmw and Nathan there. Absolutely awesome ! More
