My salesman Ben Stith at Passport made it worth my while for me to come down to Maryland from NY to purchase my X7 M60i . He made arrangements with a car service to pick me up at Reagan National and had my for me to come down to Maryland from NY to purchase my X7 M60i . He made arrangements with a car service to pick me up at Reagan National and had my car in front of the dealership all ready to go . He was patient , knowledgeable and professional from start to finish . I am grateful to him for his help and work on getting me a great deal on an incredible car . Two thumbs up on Ben ! The finance manager Jeff Steel ( great name , right ? ) worked equally hard in getting me the best loan rate and was able to lock it in , saving me the increase in interest rates . A great experience all around . I’m already looking forward to my next BMW addition. Jordan Riley at Passport BMW was great to work with--he was always professional, cheerful, and courteous. Working with Passport was a breeze, as from the time I called the dealer to the time I drove away i was always professional, cheerful, and courteous.
