We bought a 2016 Honda sport from them they sold it to us without notifying us of damage that had been repaired on the driver side rear fender. We took notice of the damage within seven days they agreed to pay for an inspection when they found out the amount of the repair they declined to make the situation right. They essentially sold us a car that was worth $2000 less than what they sold it to us for. I will never go to them again I would recommend to anybody go elsewhere ! They are crooks will take your money and leave you with nothing !!!BEWARE More
Shady and terrible service drpartment Very shady business. Bought a truck fr om them with DVD players included in the price. After buying I found out they didn't work. Salesman response wa Very shady business. Bought a truck fr om them with DVD players included in the price. After buying I found out they didn't work. Salesman response was I already signed the contract. Bought an Escape from them and was told I'd get $9000 in trade in value and rebates. When they wrote up the contract they only gave me $6000 and hoped I wouldnt notice. When confronted he said oh ya could only get you that much instead. Unfortunately bought the car anyway. Terrible, rude device department also. Plan on leaving your car there for the week. No further business from me. More

After less than a year, I noticed that the rear tires were showing heavy wear on the inside. When I took it to them they said it would need a 4 wheel alignment and new tires which would have cost us several hundred dollars. I instead took it to my tire people and got it done for half the dealers cost. After doing a little research, I discovered that this model and year vehicle had a known problem with the rear suspension and there was in fact a class action lawsuit pending against GM for this problem. When I contacted the dealership they refused to acknowledge the problem and refered me to GM customer service who also refused to address the issue. Not only will I not do buisness with this dealer again, I will never buy another GM vehicle again. More
not on time and no apoligy I made an oil change app. They told me it would take an hour. I arrived a few minutes early. They confirmed that it would take an hour since I stated I made an oil change app. They told me it would take an hour. I arrived a few minutes early. They confirmed that it would take an hour since I stated I only had an hour. 30 min later they had just drove the vehicle before mine into the bay. I walked up to the man at the desk that I signed in with. He let me stand in front of him for no joke a minute before he looked up and asked if I needed anything. I asked why it was taking so long. he said that it was going in any second. I knew he was going to not make the hour timeframe and I said I was not happy and he had zero reaction and just said fine. They need to buy a watch or at least pretend to care about doing a bad job. Also this was the second time I had a problem with the service dept. More
My wife and I drove over 350 miles to look at a F250 the dealership was selling, They had put adds in both autotrader and there own web site but neither one had a picture of the truck in it, normally I woul dealership was selling, They had put adds in both autotrader and there own web site but neither one had a picture of the truck in it, normally I would have just went somewhere else to look, but that little birdie in the back of my head told me to call and ask about it somemore. They were very polite and quick to email pictures and more info on the truck, and decided to drive up to see it, Now my wife and I hate and I mean really hate dealing with any sales staff at any dealerships, if fact so much so that when any sales person comes our way whe starts singing the music from JAWS, (where jaws is getting ready to strike). Anyway here comes a salesman and he introduced himself as Mike (Daugherty), he was polite, helpful and let us take the truck out for test drive, ok all normal so far. But this dealership did something that we were not ready for, THEY LET US TAKE THE TRUCK ON OUR OWN ! ! ! (no one looking over our shoulders). I haven't seen that option in years. We had - at that point made up our minds to buy the truck, we drove over to our bank, got a money order for the difference and went back the dealership. When we got there, as we were doing all the paperwork, my wife saw a 09 Lincoln MKX thats she liked, but it was gone because they were doing a contest with another dealership at a Wal Mart and the car was not there. But then Mike came in and said that the car was back because someone was coming in to buy it, but since we were already there we had first crack at it. We went out, drove it, like it and bought it just as the other salesman and other buyers were showing up (they were not happy). This dealship treated my wife and I with respect (not seen in the big cities anymore, Here I was going to pass this dealship up, but took a chance with them. Mike and the entire staff at this store are well worth the drive from anywhere, like I said I drove over 350 miles and ended up buying 2 vehicles from them, and took them both home the same day. When we got done with all the paperwork I told Mike and the managers there that whenever I buy a car (new or used) the first thing I do is take all the deal I.D. off the car (stickers, licence plate frames, etc. etc.) sometimes right there in their parking lot. I always feel that I got ripped off and dirty after I spent my money there. But not here, the plate frames are staying on these two, I feel that good about the people and the deal that I got there. If you ever need a new vehicle (new or used) do yourself a favor, get out of the big city and drive up - down or over to these guys, you get treated like you should and deserve. Again - Thanks Mike and to all the staff at Paso Robles Ford for treating my wife and I the way it should be done, all the other Ford dealships should come up and take lessons from you guys. More
