Poor customer service / Poor service department The purchase process was great. However, trying to get service for my vehicle has been a nightmare. I received a recall notice for my car and I called The purchase process was great. However, trying to get service for my vehicle has been a nightmare. I received a recall notice for my car and I called to schedule an appointment. The first person took my information but no one ever called me back. A day later, I tried to chat, the person in chat took my information and no one called me back. Several days later, I called again and spoke to a man who said he would look into it. He sat the phone down, didn't put it on mute, and had a conversation with other employees that had nothing to do with my recall or seeing if they had my information. Eventually, he came back on the line saying that no one knew anything. He then told me they had the part I needed for my car and we scheduled an appointment. I asked how long it would take and he said a few hours. I arrived for my appointment and everything went fine at first. But, 40 minutes later he said my car was ready, that it does need the part and they would order it. I left the service center without question, but I was confused so I called back later. I told the service person that I believe he was the one I scheduled my appointment with and he told me that they had the part for the recall, so I was confused why I had to bring the car back. He gave me three different stories before I told him to cancel the part order I wasn't bringing my car back. He then hung up on me. I called back again and could not get through, I then called the parts number and they transferred me to a random mailbox. I called the sales office and asked for a manager, and I was transferred to another mailbox. I called back to the service department again and asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that he wasn't aware of the situation, and when I told him that his service person hung up on me, he said that again, he wasn't aware of the situation. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that I could call the owner of the dealership but he wasn't sure when he was in or if he'd check his voicemail. I called the sales office again to try and get a manager. The salesperson was nice and took my information and told me the general manager would call me back. I have not received any call. I emailed my sales rep and requested that my information be removed because I wouldn't be doing business with the dealership and asked how I could make sure that I no longer receive offers etc... he has not contacted me back at all. All it would have taken to keep my business was an acknowledgement that they made a mistake with my service appointments and in the service dept. Instead, they have completely ignored me altogether. I would not recommend this dealership. More

So again, I have a 2016 ford fusion, bought it brand new and have had nothing but trouble with it since day 1. Literally everything under the hood has been replaced, including the engine, and now it has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission. Of course, they drive it and say there is nothing wrong, we get it back and guess what, it breaks down. I have been told my FRED PARSONS AND GARY O'NEAL that things would be taken care of, they were talking with the corporate office, they say they want to make things right and they haven't done anything. They have gotten to the point where they wont even return phone calls. Messages have been left for FRED AND HEATHER (corp. office) and no response!!!! I recommend that you dont do business with them......you will be sorry if you do!!!! More

Gave me his bottom line on pricing no haggling. had the truck there that day, came in the day after to pick up, everything was ready to go in & out within an hour. very happy with the experience. Do not use this service department On March 27, 2015 I took my 2011 Kia Soul to this dealership for my annual WV inspection because it is the sister dealership of the Parsons Kia dealer On March 27, 2015 I took my 2011 Kia Soul to this dealership for my annual WV inspection because it is the sister dealership of the Parsons Kia dealership in Virginia where I purchased my car new. I arrived for the inspection at 11:30 and by 11:48 it was done despite the fact I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I left the dealership between 11:50-11:55 and by noon I was sitting at the top of the SB I81 Dry Run Road ramp having miraculously avoided a fatal accident when my accelerator stuck at 70 mph and my clutch failed, according to Kia, due to "normal wear and tear". The car only has 63,000 miles. Either Parsons Ford jammed the car mats under the accelerator (I know this is what happened but they refuse to admit it) or they never even did the inspection, or they realized there was a clutch problem when they moved the vehicle in and out of the shop. But I had to pay over $1300 to fix my car that was perfectly fine when I took it for the routine inspection. These people were downright nasty throughout. Avoid this dealership, and the sister dealership in Winchester, VA like the plague! Would I recommend this dealership? I wish I could put a thousand times no! More
