When I arrived at the dealer Kevin was the first to greet me and at that point I was highly impressed. I told kevin I was only looking and had no intent on buying. Kevin despite getting this feedback, was very cordial and wanted to know what my wife and I was looking for and what price range would I feel good about. we told him and Kevin proceeded to show us what was available . there was no sale pressure on kevin's part in fact he encouraged my wife and I to take our time. when we picked out the car we wanted kevin went into great details on the operation of our vehicle and made sure we understood. kevin spent 2 hours with us answering numerous questions and at the end of the day my wife and I was ready to buy. it was more of Kevin's integrity and honesty along with a great vehicle that really sold us. my wife and I are happy and wish the best for Kevin. More

Went in for service on my 2005 Century. It was the easiest visit for service that I can remember. Drove in out of the weather and discussed my needs with the greeter. I had coupon, which is what got me to make the trip, plus I though a car that old should be checked by the dealer. Got an oil change and lube plus an inspection of the brakes and tires and engine flies and filters. Met John V. in the waiting room, a man who works for the dealership as an "assistant sales person", his words. I learned that I can purchase other GM vehicle through Parsons, not just Buicks. I can bring my Chevy in for service, they have GM parts for many models. This is a dealer with a f=very friendly and efficient service department. I was out of there before I could really get to know John V. More
I rave about the performance of my 2000 Buick Regal and the outstanding service it receives at Parsons Buick of Plainville to my co-workers. I would love to see a billboard on I-84 on my way to work in Hartford every morning that reads, "Parsons Buick of Plainville, THE CAR DEALERSHIP YOU KEEP FOR LIFE." And, on the way home another billboard, "Parsons Buick of Plainville, THE CAR DEALERSHIP THAT TREATS YOU LIKE FAMILY." My 2000 Buick Regal runs like a top since the day my husband and I bought it from Parsons Buick of Plainville in 2003 with 10K miles on it. My husband talked me out of wanting to buy a brand new Honda that day from a Farmington Valley dealership where we were headed to sign on the dotted line. Instead, we stopped at Parsons where we met the Salesman, Walter Stomsky, and took this beautiful sparkling white pre-owned Buick Regal with its supercharged engine for a test drive. Eight years later I still love driving it. I am so thankful for the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Parsons Buick of Plainville. They treat you like family. Over the years, Associates, Ralph Bushnell and John Vitelli, and the Expert Technicians have kept my soon-to-be twelve year old Buick running like new. I am looking forward to its next 100K miles! The service area is exceptionally clean as is the waiting area that offers doughnuts and popcorn for clients as they wait. My earlier visit (sales) was very positive. As a female, researching and purchasing a car for the first time on my own, I was treated intelligently and fairly. Based on the research I had done before I arrived at Parsons, their "no hassle" pricing policy is fair and what I paid for my car was a substantially better price than other dealerships were offering for comparable vehicles.
