Prior to meeting with Bob I had talked to an other dealership right by my home but Bob put together a package that gave me the best price. Clinton did all the follow up sales work. He also was extremely nice. He took me for a test drive and explained all the new features of the car. He helped me to get the insurance off my trade in and on to the new car. When I picked up the car Vinnie took me step by step thru all the features of the car. He helped me link my phone to the car. He asked all the right questions to get a true understanding of what we were looking for and within 2 hours, we had a deal. I can say the environment is very comfortable because the staff is very friendly. It does not feel like a cut throat environment and they truly understand the importance of not getting a second chance to make a first impression. It's been 1 month and when we went back to get some follow up items, the staff continued to provide excellent customer service. That's a sign of a great environment. More
