My husband has been going to prime toyota for a few years for oil changes, tire rotations and tune up. He has been told several time that he has to make a repair something having to do with the transmissio for oil changes, tire rotations and tune up. He has been told several time that he has to make a repair something having to do with the transmission and that the cost would be $1200. He mentioned to them it should still have warranty and they said no it doesn't. They are lazy and don't know how to take the extra step in providing customers good service. They are rude and sarcastic. Yesterday we went to Boch Toyota South for an oil change and spoke to a wonderful service advisor and he called Toyota and was told that the repair my husband's car needed was actually still covered by the warranty. Prime Toyota will never have our business ever again they are only looking on how to cheat their customers and charge outrageous prices. More
My device was quick and easy, always is and I expected nothing less. It was raining so they were nice enough to park my car in the garage but parked it behind another car so I had to wait until someone c nothing less. This is my first time in my + 50yrs to ever write a review simply because I am not the type who complains !!!!! However I chose to do so today because the "service" ( rather lack of) and the attitude I review simply because I am not the type who complains !!!!! However I chose to do so today because the "service" ( rather lack of) and the attitude I received from this dealership was overwhelming!!! I made an appointment to bring my truck for service because the last two days the engine light was on and had difficulty shifting the car to the drive position.. However both the light turned off and the shifting issue somehow I suppose temporarily corrected itself prior to my appointment ( something that I stated very clearly right away to Jaquari my assigned service advisor upon my arrival!!) Everything seemed fine up to that point and I was told to wait until the car was checked inside their shop! An entire hour an a half passed and Jaquari came into the waiting area and approached me regarding the truck. He said that they were unable to identify the exact problem because the engine light was off and the shifter was working fine!!! I got really upset because they should have given me this answer the very first moment I walked in and not having me wait over an hour!! I was trying to be proactive regarding my cars issue and I would have had no problem if they told me in the first place that they cannot diagnose the problem never mind correct it if the problem is not present!!! Tough luck they even told me that I may have to tow it to their place if the car stops !!! I lost a-days work to fix my car and the result was a big zero!!! What a waist of time for nothing!!! I asked to talk to the manager Malinda but the response I got was similar to that of Jaquari!!! She even told me that my cars issue is similar to what a physician might encounter when somebody enters his office with no present symptoms!!!! Wow!! I heard it all!! She must have practiced/rehearsed that line many times with previous customers!!!! I am not a hard person to please and I never complain but at the end on top of everything, as I was ready to leave Mr Jaquari made sure he had the last word and gave my plenty of ATTITUDE telling me that he does not even want to give me a quote on the cost of the trucks repair!!! Simply because he "does not want to"!!! Perhaps him and his manager forgot that their salaries/ bonuses provided by everyday people like me and you!!! My one star rating somehow seems too much!!! More
