The service team does a great job, and since I had my kids home with me for the day while waiting for a longer service, they offered us a complimentary shuttle home - Brian gave us a ride back to Prime, what a fantastic young man, excellent service, and speaks so highly of the company he is proud to work for. People like him are the reason I keep coming back to Prime - the same friendly faces invested in their work, their customers, and each other. Great work! More

Prime Toyota lied about needing new brakes I had my brakes replaced at 40,000 miles and I was informed that my brake pads were at a four and three respectively I subsequently took my car to d I had my brakes replaced at 40,000 miles and I was informed that my brake pads were at a four and three respectively I subsequently took my car to direct tire who installed my brakes 14 months ago and they informed me that my brakes were at eight and six respectively I don’t know what Prime Toyota did to think that I needed new brakes other than they want to charge me $2000 More

25000 mile service Brought vehicle in for 25000 mile service. I was told the tires would be rotated, air pressure checked, fluids topped off, visual inspection of breaks Brought vehicle in for 25000 mile service. I was told the tires would be rotated, air pressure checked, fluids topped off, visual inspection of breaks etc. The cost of this service would be approx. $20.00. The tires WERE NOT rotated, the tire air pressure WAS NOT checked and fluids WERE NOT topped off. When this was brought to the attention of the customer service employee, he stated twice, I was wrong. I then informed him that prior to my arrival at Prime Toyota, I marked my tires because the same thing happened when I went there for my 20000 mile service and the washer fluid bottle was only half full(same as when vehicle was brought in). The customer service employee then became rather rude and no longer wanted to deal with me. Told me to pay for the 2 filters ( cabin filter and air intake filter). I recieved no apology or was offered any further service to rectify the situation. The customer service employee deducted the service fee off the bill and after I paid for 2 filters(which I wonder now if they were even replaced) I was given my keys and told where my vehicle was parked. I would not recommend anyone have their vehicle serviced at Prime. You will end up paying for services you do not receive. I also intend to bring this to the attention of the Northeast Toyota Rep.
