DO NOT do business with this Prime Toyota dealer in West Roxbury, Ma. They delivered a new 40k plus 2019 Avalon with wheel damage. No replacement wheel offered but rather a repair of the damaged wheel. Then Roxbury, Ma. They delivered a new 40k plus 2019 Avalon with wheel damage. No replacement wheel offered but rather a repair of the damaged wheel. Then on top of that when I asked the dealer cost of the damaged wheel he lied to to me. Do not trust liars (in this case the used car manager). Sad because Toyota use to concerned with customer satisfaction. More

Don’t purchase a vehicle here If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a new vehicle, and after taking delivery of the vehicle one night in the pouring rain, it wasn If I could give less than one star I would. I purchased a new vehicle, and after taking delivery of the vehicle one night in the pouring rain, it wasn’t until the following morning that I noticed that the passenger side window wasn’t working and a good size chip of paint was missing from the passenger door. The inside of the vehicle wasn’t even wiped clean let alone detailed. The vehicle was also delivered to me with no gas, no inspection sticker, and missing a key. I called my sales person and made an appointment to drop the vehicle off on Monday, Labor Day. Monday arrives, I hand my keys to the GM and am promised this will be top priority. Fast forward 11 days. Yes, that’s not a typo, 11 days. After numerous phone calls, an email to the GM, a visit to the showroom, I finally get the call that the vehicle is ready for pick up. Great. I’ll be there soon. My delight quickly turned to disgust as I realized the door with the paint chip now has a blemish that will need to be addressed and there are 2 additional chips In the paint glaring right at me. Oh, and not to mention, no sticker and no key. For my troubles I was offered a free detail. Pathetic, if you ask me. If you value your sanity, do not buy a vehicle here. You will regret it for sure.
