BEWARE - Misrepresentation and Unnecessary Services I've been a loyal customer at Parkway Toyota Services for 3 years, bringing in my RAV4 Prime and consistently experiencing good service-- Services I've been a loyal customer at Parkway Toyota Services for 3 years, bringing in my RAV4 Prime and consistently experiencing good service--coffee, pleasant staff, and timely appointments. However, my recent visit for a regular 30K service, covered under a pre-paid maintenance agreement, left me deeply disappointed. The service advisor recommended a differential fluid change and injector cleaning, costing $400 out-of-pocket. When I questioned this, the advisor claimed these services were listed in the Maintenance Guide and were essential to avoid voiding the warranty. Upon reviewing the Maintenance Guide myself, I found neither of these claims to be true. Despite escalating the issue to management and Toyota corporate, I received no resolution. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Carefully check every service item before agreeing to it. 2. Get a second opinion if you have doubts. 3. Read the Maintenance Guide thoroughly before your visit. 4. Share your experiences here if you've faced similar issues. More

My car of 14 years died. Went today to get a new car. Nathaniel Franco, Helio and the who team there were AMAZING! Nathaniel really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a car. What I have owned in the past and what my current needs were. He asked me what my fiscal limitations were as well. He was honest, transparent and stayed within what I could afford. That alone is worth saying something. I was nervous and anxious about buying or leasing a car after 14 years. But this team really made me comfortable and at ease. That’s saying a lot for a female who came in alone into a car dealership. They stayed with in my fiscal limits, I got an amazing car, and I Will forever go back to them and tell everyone I know to go there. More
