I recently went to a Pancake Breakfast with Santa that Prime in Dedham, Ma. had. A sales associate was walking around just saying "Hi" and my husband decided to ask him a question. The man was very pleasent and helpful and my husband went to talk with him after breakfast. My husband explained our situation to him...that we were leasing with another company and our lease was not up until August 2009. Stanley still took the time to talk with him and myself later. I actually test drove a car. Stanley knew we would not be buying or leasing anything for SEVERAL months but still made us feel just as important as if we were buying or leasing the car that day. I have waited several months to do this, however, Prime Toyota is the best. My mother in law was interested in a new Camry, she went all by herself to Boch Toyota in Norwood, she had a terrible experience. Toyota is the best. ON her way home she stopped at Prime and met Patrick Chawan, the salesperson, a great kid and very informative, before she left, the general manager, Dave Laliberte came over to thank her for coming in, he gave her his card with his personal cell number. Me, the good son in law got involved to get her the best deal, I figured I would go right to the top, so I called Dave the gm, he answered right away, we were able to hammer out a deal on the phone, the next day we went in to pick up the car. Mac Mcrae helped us with our paperwork and we were at the dealership for only 45 minutes. Yesterday, I brought her car in for the 1st service, was helped by Pat Rose and left within a half hour. Prime Toyota may not be the biggest dealer, but customer service, selection and price were great and my service experience was excellent.Kudos to Dave Laliberte and his team, they are the BEST. It's nice to have a great car experience for a change. More

I had been looking for a used vehicle for a couple weeks. I only had 12,000 to spend and I went to 3 different dealers one of which was Prime Toyota. The other 2 dealers made me feel like my money was not I only had 12,000 to spend and I went to 3 different dealers one of which was Prime Toyota. The other 2 dealers made me feel like my money was not enough to purchase a vehicle worth while. I went into Prime Toyota and was greeted right away with a smile and a hand shake (something that didnt happen at the other 2 dealers) I explained with hesitation that I only had 12,000 to spend. Mile L. said "That is fine and started showing me the cars that were in my price range" I felt very relaxed and at ease. When it came down to do the payments, the part that makes you nervous, The General Manager Dave Laliberte came out and thanked me for comming in. I was very impressed by this! We agreed on 12,000 and my payments were exactly where I wanted to be. I then went into the business office with Mac M. He was so professional and kind. The whole experience at this dealership was great. I would refer anyone I know to this place. Friendly, price was great and the employees went beyond there call of duty!!! Thank you Prime Toyota. More
