Through the process of buying the car Felix always kept his word, was straight. It felt like I was dealing with a real person and not a car salesmen. They gave me a good deal on my trade in which made overall price very attractive. Felix is very attentive to the customers. He calls you back promptly. He was truly honest and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. He seemed genuine, sincere, and upfront. He didn't use any "sale gimmicks". I felt he wasn't there to sell me a car, but rather get me into the car I wanted. The showroom was quiet, peaceful, and easy to make decisions you may be stuck with for the next 5-6 yrs. It didn't feel like you were in the midst of a 3 ring circus or trapped in a time-share tornado. The Prime Finance specialist named "Mac" was very knowledgable, honest, and there to serve in your best interest. More
