Came in for service and Yaro had helped my sister in financing a car. Once I saw him I knew he would be the person that would help me and take care of my needs in budget. Average experience. Yaro was an "OK" sales rep. Pushy and opaque. Got very upset that I would not finance through Toyota and they even stated to me that they cant sell t Yaro was an "OK" sales rep. Pushy and opaque. Got very upset that I would not finance through Toyota and they even stated to me that they cant sell the car to me if i dont finance through Toyota, which I know is illegal. Luckily I came with my own pre-approval. Also, lucky I found the CarEdge podcast which taught me much about the car buying process and equipped me with everything I needed to be an educated consumer in the market space. When I had additional questions and concerns with my new car, I was directed back to Yaro who kept bringing up the fact that I got a great deal on the car (maybe because his commission wasn't so great on my deal). I don't know personally what it is like to buy from other dealers in the area. However, I do know the experience could have been much worse but it definitely could have been much better. Also, side note: Toyota's quality is not what it used to be. I even reached out to Toyota to complain about a cosmetic issue with my brand-new purchase and they just brushed it off. More

When reaching out to an online chat the woman on the other end said she would have a client adviser reach out. I received an auto generated message from a client advisor. I've been on the hunt for a car and all dealerships I have chatted with was an actual person. I had some questions that needed to be answered so the " make and appointment " button in the automated email was not what i needed. Called the dealership 2 days later and was told car had a deposit and then it was sold but not sure and idk 100%.. so asked for Manger to call me. Rudest person I have ever spoken to. Said client advisor reached out via email. Actually no HE didn't.. an auto generated email did. So he said we'll at the end of the day car is sold. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
