My wife and I were not planning on buying a car the day that we went to Prime Toyota on a Sunday afternoon. I had been looking, and had seen a used Camry that I liked at Prime Toyota, which is near where that we went to Prime Toyota on a Sunday afternoon. I had been looking, and had seen a used Camry that I liked at Prime Toyota, which is near where I live. We were just planning to look and perhaps take a test drive. As soon as we got there, a salesman came to greet us. I was not interested in dealing with a salesman at that time, so I told him we were "just looking". He was very friendly and polite, and let us look around without bothering us. I finally went and asked him if the car I had seen was still there. Unfortunately, the car I had seen and liked had been sold. But he did point us in the direction of a similar car. I have to say that the salesman (Jean Preval) was probably the nicest, most genuine car salesman I have ever dealt with. I really got the feeling that he was being straight-up with us every step of the way, and that he actually cared about ensuring that we were satisfied. He went out of his way to treat us right. He was really committed to his job and had a passion for customer service. I also was pleasantly surprised in that I was totally dreading the whole car-buying thing, yet he made it a great experience. We ended up putting a down-payment on the car that day. The next day I completed the deal. Jean took care of the registration and inspection for us. I just drove it out of the lot, no hassle and no problems. What a great car-buying experience! I would recommend this dealership and this salesman. They are really dedicated to satisfying the customer. More

The salesman Caio Machado took care of even the smallest detail (ordered accessories, replaced a broken knob on the new vehicle, showed me around the parts and service areas, etc.). He was always available when I had a question or concern about the sale. His low key and relaxed approach ultimately is what made me comfortable with purchasing at Prime. Business manager Pablo Tavarez was also a pleasure to deal with. He was thorough in explaining the paperwork and kept his word at every turn. Also, the aggressive internet price quoted me by April skinner easily beat the local competition and is what initially attracted me to Prime. In the end the only dissapointment was my trade-in value. My vehicle was kept in absolutely pristine condition (seat covers, all maintenance documented, new tires, no dents or scratches, recently detailed). After only receiving $9k for a trade-in I saw advertised an identical Toyota Tundra at another local dealer with 8 thousand more miles for a price of $18,800. More

Then I was assigned to Felix in the showroom who was always responsive, polite, and accurate. One of my main problems with car purchasing is all of the waiting. Once I made that known to Felix, he was extremely accommodating - punctual and prepared for our appointments, everything was ready and/or taken care of right away. Oh, and I almost forgot – I got a good deal on a nice, new car ! More

She and April helped me get the price I wanted and the vehicle was spotless and totally ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and the experience could not have been better. We also felt our experience in the finance office was also professional and friendly. Pablo was not a typical back office salesman and did not pressure us to accept extras. We highly recommend Obed and Prime Toyota. More
