I went to Prime to look at a Highlander they advertised online. When I got there, the car was not what I wanted because it did not have 7 seats. He helped me in the purchase of a new Sienna. When I was referred to Mr. McCrae, in finance, I was equally impressed. This staff at Prime is very respectful, professional, and courteous. When I was leaving at the end of the day with my new car, Scott McMahon then took the time to introduce me to the two other managers at Prime. Prime was the only dealer in the greater Boston area that was willing, and as a matter of fact, they volunteered to have one shipped third row seat. The reason I am giving this such a good rating is because I came in for an Oil Change on my 2005 Toyota LE and ended up having about $700.00 worth of work done on my car. Tracy the Service Mgr.loaned me a car which was great and then Millie in Service recommended Felix in Sales (I asked for for someone that would match my personality) and he was absolutely excellent. I wanted a white with tan interior Camry & on a cold and windy day he ran around the freezing parking lot with me in the car to find what I deceided on a Silver Le with a sun roof. How many guys would do that with a smile. I then met Russ the GM who was just great - I was then off to Murdock for financing and he spent a good amount of time with me - until I understood everything including giving me my credit score which I thought was great.
