Before going to Prime I had a horrible expierence at Boch Toyota. I drove a few towns over to Prime and was welcomed with a friendly smile and no hassle. I arrived at Prime Toyota in West Roxbury having never purchased a car from a dealership before. My father, determined to help me as a grad school graduation present, accompanied me. We were greeted by sales representative Felix Rodriguez before we even made it to the showroom. He was friendly and direct, and took note of all the features I was looking for. I ended up taking the first car he showed me, a Camry. I never felt pressured, and he didn't spend any time talking up features I wasn't interested in. Even my father, a long time Harley Davidson rider who introduced himself with "I hate cars, and I hate buying cars" left the dealership relaxed and at ease. He said it was the best experience he'd ever had at a dealership. Pablo Tavarez, who explained the warranty and finance options, surprised me again by advising me to take the "economy" option, saying upfront that he didn't think a young guy in my situation needed the extra features in the more expensive plans. I picked up the car three days later. My girlfriend came along, and Felix let her take a picture of him with the car. They even gave me a good price for the old Kia Rio I brought to trade in. I'm very happy with the car, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. 0%APR didn't hurt, either. I highly recommend this dealer. If you go, ask for Felix. More

He had the manager present the price, which was excellent, and he introduced me to the business manager to arrange financing. When I went back to get the car, there was a slight problem. He immediately took charge, and said they would deal with it. If necessary, he would drive to me to pick up the car to bring it back in to be serviced. He made several follow-up calls to make sure everything was fine. More
