Bought a used 2004 Ford Expedition. Truck has 2 issues that have not been resolved after a month's time. DVD player has no power and the stereo has an annoying whinning noice. I have been to the dealer that have not been resolved after a month's time. DVD player has no power and the stereo has an annoying whinning noice. I have been to the dealer twice and placed 10+ calls to the Service Manager(s) with only two being returned. First Tracy Richards did nothing until she moved onto another brand and passed me off to Mike Brown. Mike seemed eager to fix the issues but has since done nothing. Does NOT appear that they stand behind their product. Might be different if I had bought new or a used Toyota, but it was on their lot and they should stand behind it. More
After having a less-than-great experience at another Toyota dealership, I had my guard up when visiting Prime. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I met there was friendly and welcoming. I never rea Toyota dealership, I had my guard up when visiting Prime. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I met there was friendly and welcoming. I never really felt any pressure to buy - I mean, they are in the business of selling cars, so they of course wanted me to buy their product, but they were never pushy. Even in the sales office: we worked with Murdoch and he gave us his opinions on some things but didn't really pressure us. I felt comfortable declining and accepting the options I wanted. Overall, a very goof experience. If you go to Prime, ask for Leo Batista - he was GREAT!! More
Overall, a very positive experience. We leased our last 2 Toyotas from a different dealer and decided to try Prime. We're very happy with the experience. Our sales rep was very helpful and not too pushy. 2 Toyotas from a different dealer and decided to try Prime. We're very happy with the experience. Our sales rep was very helpful and not too pushy. I had an extremely positive experience with Toyota Prime... Mostly thru Stan Dickle in Sales and also Pat Rose in Service should be mentioned. Stan coaxed me into buying a new 2009 Tacoma. It's pretty certain that I could have received a better price elsewhere. But not with Prime's extended warantee as Stan pointed out. He was friendly and developed a nice rapport. We test drove a 2007 and the new 2009. Stan could tell I wanted new. I was very pleased that Stan threw out the first target price. It's just so intimidating taking on this type of purchase. But the paperwork to make an offer is so easy at Prime. Stan coaxed me a few $'s higher than I would care to admit. But he deserved to sell a car. He was 20 ft. away when he greeted me as I stepped out of my old truck on to the dealer's property, yet he wasn't offensive or pushy. From his first hello, to the return of my old trudk, to the exit paperwork, to the first happy 1,000 miles... Everything has gone quite smoothly. I should mention Pat Rose in service. He is always friendly and informative. I'm fairly certain his report to management helped me get an offer from Toyota to surrender my 2001 Tacoma the Monday after my 2001 failed inspection on the prior Saturday. So overall I'm very grateful for a dreamlike experience. Stan Dickle did one heck of a job to sell me a new truck. More
Jewell, Mike, and Pablo provided excellent and friendly service. It helped that (1) I knew exactly what I wanted, and was capable of getting it, so didn't have to haggle; (2) that I was made an offer via service. It helped that (1) I knew exactly what I wanted, and was capable of getting it, so didn't have to haggle; (2) that I was made an offer via e-mail that I couldn't refuse, and that could not be matched by any other dealer in the area, making it necessary for me to only have to visit Prime; and (3) that a friend advised me before going to Prime NOT to buy a car from Boch Toyota because he felt "dirty" just from having been to their showroom & they were unfriendly on the phone even when they made the only reasonable counter-offer to Prime's. I look forward to continuing to bring my car to Prime. More
If you're looking to buy a Toyota, this is definately the place to go. I wanted to buy a Corrolla, and requested online quotes. Prime was the most prompt in responding and also had the best quote. I had orig place to go. I wanted to buy a Corrolla, and requested online quotes. Prime was the most prompt in responding and also had the best quote. I had originally wanted to buy a white corrolla, and Jason, (the sales manager) was very honest in telling me that white would not be available until July. He didn't play games like "Oh we have it, come down for a test drive...oops we sold it, but now that you're here..." I decided to go with the silver anyway. Felix, my salesman, was so friendly. He made the car buying experience truly enjoyable. No pressure, just help. Mike in finance patiently explained all the additional dealer options (extended warranty, etc.) that were available but did not make us feel obligated to buy them like a lot of car dealers do. More
Mr. Rodriguez took a great amount of time to show us various models of Toyotas so that we would be able to evaluate the differences and how they would suit our needs. After our initial visit on 3/25/09, various models of Toyotas so that we would be able to evaluate the differences and how they would suit our needs. After our initial visit on 3/25/09, he quickly responded to our phone calls and emails with followup questions about the cars that we had seen. Once we were positive about the car model that we wanted, he tried to find the model and color that we liked the most. Once the deal was closed, he spent an extraordinary amount of time on 6/1/09 to explain the use of the car and its various features. During that session he exhibited admirable patience if we did fully understand some aspect of the car and and its characteristics. Summarily, we found him him to be wonderfully accomodating, and would, without any doubt or reservation, recommend to our friends and family to buy a car through Mr. Rodriguez. Thank you, Carolyn and George Moran More
Made me an awesome deal that I just couldn't refuse. The sales person was very approachable and not uncomfortable to deal with. I initially had some issues going into the dealership but with the intervention of the President of the company and GM, I was made welcome and treated exceptionally well. Felix is a wonderul salesman. He comes across as honest, forthright, candid and very expert. He knows cars and their mechanism; he knows the Toyota products intimatley. He did not use high-pressure tactics. He is not a high-pressure salesman--a type my wife and I both disdain. He spoke to us as a friend or memmber of the family and that instilled in us confidence. So, we boughht our Corolla rather quickly and confidently. Ann and Gilbert Rosenthal More
