After trying to negotiate a price for a Highlander and failing to come to an agreement, we decided to buy a Rav 4. Felix was very friendly and honest throughout the whole process. I have bought several cars from Boch and have used their service department faithfully. However, I was brought to Prime Toyota through a search on Edmunds.com (a great resource for anyone looking for car d service department faithfully. However, I was brought to Prime Toyota through a search on Edmunds.com (a great resource for anyone looking for car data) and was blown away by the way Andrew and Chan, salesmen from Prime, took care of me. These are TERRIFIC salesmen - and I am now a Prime customer! Here is my story: I was interested in a getting prices on several cars, and Prime sent me a WRITTEN bid within hours after I filled out a request on Edmunds. Several other dealerships sent me solicitations - but Prime sent a written quote which they did not try to renegotiate when I went there. Speaking of going there, I went there after a VERY FRUSTRATING experience with Boch Toyota in Norwood (remember, I'm a long time customer - clearly this isn't very important to them). Despite seeing that I had done my research and knew the prices, Boch would not match Prime's offer - so I drove to Prime and was OVERWHELMED by the difference between Andrew and Chan's positive, polite, and respectful service and the nonsense I had dealt with at Boch (salesman had to get the sales manager, salesmanager needed to leave to talk to other people, low price meant they might not be able to offer 0% financing (are you kidding me! This is from Japan - not Boch!) blah, blah, blah). Unwilling to meet the Prime offer, Boch told me to leave and go to Prime - so I did! Ironically, another sales supervisor from Boch called me the next day and when I told them I had made a commitment to buy the car at Prime,he offered me a deal $1000 less (!) than they offered me the night before and $300 less than the Prime price. Although I can use $300 bucks the same as you - I said "No thank you" and suggested that Boch employees visit Andrew and Chan at Prime and learn how to treat a customer with respect. Working with these two gentlemen (as well as Paulo in the finance office) was a pleasure. I have bought several cars at Boch and once at Expressway and NEVER have I dealt with better people. It is too bad that my overall impression of Prime Toyota overshadowed your responsiveness and dedication to the customer I was a little bit disappointed with my visit last weekend to your dealership. Which is was a surprise since your quick responses to my initial inquiry and your high dealer rating on dealerrater.com. My disappointment reflects does not reflect on Corina, Chan or Felix but on the Prime Toyota's Dealership and another person I spoke to there whom I wish I gotten his name. Prime Toyota knew through Internet sales what I was looking for; a 2009 Venza. I did also mention that I would be coming in for a test drive but would be running a little late. Yet when I arrived there wasn't a Venza on the lot. Chan was helpful in getting me to Felix and Felix was able to get the keys for a test drive. Felix looked for the car but couldn't find it. He found out later that the car was moved to your other lot. Needless to say I was disappointed that Prime Toyota was not ready for my arrival. However, my disappointment turned to maddening frustration when another person at Prime (I did not get the name) approached me just before meeting with Felix asked what I was there for. I mentioned that I was looking for a 2009 Venza and that I test drove the AWD already. I was there to see what kind of deal Prime would be able to put together for me and to possibly test drive a FWD. His comment "Why are you here then? You have already test drove a AWD, the FWD will drive the same as an AWD, there won't be a difference in handling anyway). It didn't matter as I was not able to drive one nor was I able to discuss what Prime would be able to do for me since I had a specifics on the exact options I was looking for. *** UPDATE **** I was able to talk with Russ and I was able to voice the concerns I had with my experiences at Prime Toyota. Russ's efforts to contact me and personally reach out to me to understand my story tells me that while Prime Toyota may not be perfect all the time, they value customer satisfaction and customer experience. I may not have purchased a car from them today, but I may in the future. Thank you Russ for following up. I know that things will be better in the future. More

That is, no "take the deal today, trade-in price is only good for next hour" or "let me talk with my manager" and then back out of a deal. - Acts professional and courteous. - I made a phone call at night at 8:45 PM to Emile. My call was returned at 9PM that night (!!!). - Emile and the team made the plate transfer, registration, all that very easy. - Emile took the extra step to wash my old license plates, even though I didn't really care. - Emile spotted a scratch on a car I was looking at; I did not see the scratch. He noted the scratch, went right to the next one, and did not want to sell me the scratched car. I was very close between an Accord and a Camry. Pricing was almost the same. This last item is what tipped the decision for me. Worked with Pablo in financing. Was not pushy when I declined some of the options. Professional and did not make ridiculous statements like "OMG, you'll die if you don't get the extended warranty and underbody coating". Great here too. Things I liked about the dealership pricing - Destination fees included, not true everywhere. - powertrain warranty, lifetime. - Registration and documentations are extra, but no other fees on top and they are fair. I think I got a fair deal at a professional organization. That's pretty much what you hope for. More

Saw a car on the internet, so after exchanging a few emails I visited Prime Toyota to go for a test drive. The sales manager, Mike, gave his pitch but was not pushy. Everybody was very upfront and honest. I ended up negociating a very good deal and the whole experience was very positive. Although I live around 40 miles away, it was definitely worth the trip! More
I had a great experience at Prime Toyota purchasing a used Odyssey and trading in my old car.
