Felix Rodriguez was friendly and personable, and we quickly established a conversation with him. He was careful to inquire about what we were looking for in a new car. He answered our many questions and was clearly interested in our quality of experience as we shopped for our new car. We had purchased our previous car from this dealer when it was owned by another company, and had it serviced there, so we were return customers. Felix took good care of us, keeping track of many details and making sure everything came out right. He was a significant help. We had a fine experience, and we love our new car. More
Both Mike and Pedro were more than accommodating in my visit to Prime Toyota. I went in looking for an affordable car payment and was able to do so that same day. I wasn't too sure about getting into a visit to Prime Toyota. I went in looking for an affordable car payment and was able to do so that same day. I wasn't too sure about getting into a lease, but it made the most sense for my budget and wants with a car. All in all, I feel Pedro and Mike did everything they could to make my first car buying experience the best it could have been. They were both patient with me while I was getting all the necessary paperwork back to them and had my car ready to go on the day I was ready. I would recommend Prime Toyota and both of these gentlemen to any friends and family looking to purchase or lease a car. More
First I went to Prime to buy a Corolla for me. Joel Lesser was assigned to me. He is very patient as I didn't have much car buying experience. We chose the best model for my budget at a good price and Lesser was assigned to me. He is very patient as I didn't have much car buying experience. We chose the best model for my budget at a good price and made it easy to include a trade-in with 2500.00 outstanding loan balance. Pablo Tavarez handled all the financial details completely so I understood what I was signing. Lesley (not sure of last name)worked with Joel and the General Manager to get the price down. A day later I sent my friend there and he bought a Corolla for his daughter at a very fair price. He was very happy. Then I brought my wife there and we completed a deal for a RAV4 in very short time and at a great price. Over-all, me, my friend, and my wife were very happy with Prime Toyota. More
I purchased my new Toyota from Prime Toyota for a bunch of reasons. First, these guys were honest and helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed. I had shopped 3 other places and had to walk out of two of them because of the BS involved. Prime gave me the best price and offered me options to consider. They gave me good information and allowed me to decide. Overall I must say the best buying experience I have ever had. If your shopping for a car you really should check this place out! More
The salesman at Prime Toyota, Joel Lesser, was excellent on all points. The agency was efficient and delivered a beautiful Prius G3 ready to go. But it was also rather stingy, offering me excellent on all points. The agency was efficient and delivered a beautiful Prius G3 ready to go. But it was also rather stingy, offering me only $1000 for my trade-in Camry, valued in the Blue Book, in Fair condition, at $2300. And they put only a half tank of gas into the Prius , tho the Sticker plainly says "full tank". ( I elected to give my trade away rather than to them.) I think that the Prius is more of a winner than Toyota itself seems to realize. The 51 mpg is no joke, as mine is proving to me already. Your TV ads need to dramatize that feature more. It is already saving me money. But design flaws -- that *%#$@&^ spoiler across the rear window -- is a confusing nuisance, and the obstructed rear view is further aggravated by the headrests. I know that Toyota's engineers are proud of the improved airflow allegedly afforded by the spoiler, but I’d rather not be surprised by some bicyclist I missed seeing behind me, or lost in those thick rear shoulders. I remove the headrests, and I put them back only when there are passengers. Consumer Reports picked up on the same point, so I was well-warned on the obstructions before I bought. But visibility is still taking some adjustments though I’ve driven the Prius G3 for nearly three weeks. Please find a way to change this when you redesign. I’ll be tempted to trade for a new one early if you do. The rear TV is a good idea for close objects, but the view of distance is very distorted. I mostly ignore it and trust really looking. Overall, I wish your industry would allow the buyer to choose what options he wants on a car, not load them up with “packages” of your choices. I understand that the customer is not allowed to buy specific options outside of the whole package. I'd really rather not have the wheel locks, satellite radio, Blue Tooth, cruise control, to name a few. And not be paying for them. More

When picking up the truck it had two smelly air fresheners hanging on the mirror masking the smell of smoke and chemical cleaners. The dealership also had repainted one of the rear quarter panels. I had been specifically promised that there was no new paint on the truck and a Toyota Certified vehicle states that it does not smell of noxious chemicals. At 6 months later, two complete steam carpet and seat cleanings and 3 ozone treatments the truck continues to have a stong chemical and smoke odor that everyone notices even when just standing outside one of the windows. The dealership sent me a missing manual and a set of floor mats and then told me specifically that they were finsished with me. Directly quoted from Russ Ward: "I have honored our commitments regarding your purchase. You purchased a pre owned vehicle and you made an agreement that if I honored a few extra items that YOU would take care of anything else. (I had no obligation to do so)" I had hoped the smells would go away, however at this time I will end up having to sell the vehicle at a substantial loss. The dealership went out of their way to pour all sort of chemicals into a very smoky smelling vehicle and hide the smells from an out of state purchaser. The stong odors are here to stay. This dealership was very deceptive in promoting this truck as a near perfect vehicle. I wouldn't recomend this dealership to anyone. More
The dealership was very friendly, efficient, low-pressure and relaxed. The price offered via the Internet was very good, and was honored at the dealership. Andrew was very warm, informative, and clearly want and relaxed. The price offered via the Internet was very good, and was honored at the dealership. Andrew was very warm, informative, and clearly wanted to be helpful as well as make the sale. Once the sale was made, Andrew did a nice job of delivering the car, helping us learn some of the basic features, and even moved over our stickers and Fastlane pass from our old car. I would recommend this dealership and Andrew in particular. More
I like sales person's attitude. They are nice and keep me informed about car. If someone want to buy any cars (new or used), I would recommend this dealer, especially Filix. I found online a used 2007 Toyota Sienna that fit what I was looking for, went in to Prime Toyota to take a look, and ended up getting a great deal. The salespeople were friendly and patient. The starting was looking for, went in to Prime Toyota to take a look, and ended up getting a great deal. The salespeople were friendly and patient. The starting asking price was a bit high, but I felt that the negotiations were very straightforward and non-pressured. After a few rounds of going back to the manager, we were able to get the price down to a very reasonable number. During the trip to the finance office, the traditional offers of protection plans and extended warranties were made. The finance guy tried his best to be persuasive, but was fine when I declined them all. More
