The way I was treated at the "Other" one was the reason I left there and took a 35 mile trip from my home to Prime W.R. I wish I was rich because I would go back today and buy more cars from them just because of the PHENOMENAL treatment I recieved from MY DEALERSHIP PRIME!!! Felix was a friedly and knowlegable sales consultant,who gave us a good impression from very beginning. He understood our needs and soon we were on the same page. We were glad that the Highlander was quite similar to our Camry in many ways. During later visits to Felix at the dealership, we had plesant conversations about many things in lfe. I was glad to get to know that Felix was local and a family man who wouldn't miss his daughter's sport events. Just purchased used Siena,I was just browsing different cars when Sales person Emil approched a showed me the van, looked atg my trade in and within 15 minutes offered me a deal. i have owned many cars in my life; but the toyota is absolutely the best car that i ever owned. my first corolla was serviced by prime toyota. they were always very friendly,honest and gave the best ser absolutely the best car that i ever owned. my first corolla was serviced by prime toyota. they were always very friendly,honest and gave the best service that i could remember. when i was in the market for a new car, i tried a few toyota dealerships and was turned off by there impersonal attitude and hard sell methods. i then remembered my great experience with primes service department, so i took the chance and went to there sales department. i was greeted right away in a very friendly easy going manner. never pushing me or rushing me. they sent me to felix a salesman that was very laid back yet ask me all the right questions. what can you afford,what do you like. etc. he took me for a ride in the new corolla. this car was so much larger then my old corolla. he spoke to me constantly and let me drive in traffic,on the highway and on regular roads. when we were through, he went over every part of this new car. he then gave me a price that was alittle higher then i could spend; yet he got a salesmanager who told me the price would be in my affordability. then felix took me to the financial manager who further explained everything else. no pressure, and he answered all my questions. the next day, i had to get my sticker, and felix took me by the hand to the seervice department. after the service , he got my car and spoke to me alittle longer. everything about the service and the sale dept pointed to a wonderful ownership group that highers quality friendly people. all toyota dealerships should be like prime. i will stop her, but just happy with everything from the dealership to how my car handles. I have purchased from Prime Toyota before (when it was Claire) and the sales staff now is better than it was from my first purchase. This experience surpassed any expectations I may have had. I had been looking for a car for a while and it was quite exhausting and nerve wracking not to mention annoying. I felt comfortable with Felix and all the gentlemen I dealt with. As a woman alone I was very wary of being taken advantage of but not at Prime. Felix answered all of my questions with knowledge and respect and I thank him for that. He was without doubt one of the reasons I bought the Toyota. One of the things that struck me was the cooperation between the salesmen. I honestly was surprised by how incredibly well they all seemed to work together. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. As I said,I'd been to a few dealerships ( not Toyota ) and did not see this anywhere else. I have told everyone about my experience and will not hesitate to recommend Prime. More
