When I came in the showroom everyone was extremely friendly. When I sat down with Fleix he listened to what I had to say and got to know exactly what I wanted. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Avalon over the phone without ever seeing the car as I was ten hours away from the dealership. They answered all my questions and sent me a video of the walk around that they did for me. I made the purchase in good faith hoping that I would not be dissapointed when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving I was somewhat surprised by the appearance of the dealership as it was not what I expected and soon answered my question as to why I could not find any pictures of the facility on their web site. By to-day's standards it is an antiquated building that needs to be updated. However there is an old saying - don't judge a book by it's cover. Perhaps the lower overhead helps keep the prices down. When I saw the car I was not at all dissapointed.It proved to be all that they said it was and more. There was one issue that did develop after arriving which in the end was dealt with to my satisfaction.I loaded the vehicle and left the dealership with a big smile on my face knowing that I would have a very happy wife when she set eyes on the car and I was right. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks and I would recommend them to family or friend. More

When I got to the dealership he introduced me to Andrew Fenno who was extremely patient in answering my questions and concerns. I found both gentlemen to be extremely friendly, and both were very responsive to my follow up emails and phone calls. As to price, I paid approximately $5000 under MSRP.
