I visited four different Toyota dealers in the process of buying a RAV4. I bought my car at Prime because they could deliver the model I wanted, equipped as I wanted, in the color I wanted, for the best pric buying a RAV4. I was trading in a car, so I had to visit each dealer in person, to get the trade-in valued. In three of the four dealerships (including Prime),the interactions were pleasant and business-like; they took the time required but not much more. At the fourth dealership I visited, I had gotten the best price yet, but not in the color I wanted. (Not surprisingly, each visit to a new dealer yielded a lower net price than the one I had gotten at the previous dealer.) I was waiting to see if they could "locate" a car in the color that I wanted for the price that they offered for other colors. While I was at the this fourth dealer, a sales manager from Prime called my cell to check to see where I was in the purchasing process. That call gave me the opportunity to ask if they would meet the fourth dealer's price--Prime was the only dealer that had the color I wanted in the model I wanted. The Prime sales manager Jason agreed to the price over the phone, provided I come to the dealer right away. The sales manager at the foruth dealer got upset when I told him that I was leaving (The car I wanted was silver and they had offered red, blue and black). Finalizing the deal at Prime was pretty fast. The process of going through their "finance office" continued their business-like practices. The finance manager had his list of offers to describe to me; he was intelligent, respectful and well-informed. He was also a very pleasant person and accepted my decisions without dispute. I was able to return later that day, leave my old car and pick up my new RAV4. More

Felix Rodriguez was wonderful, no hard sell. Just as nice and efficient as can be. He was very articulate and explained the cars to me. I purchased my second vehicle in three years from Prime Toyota Scion two days ago. I worked with salesman Felix Rodriguez for the first time and Mac Macrae for the second time. My best memory of my first Toyota Scion two days ago. I worked with salesman Felix Rodriguez for the first time and Mac Macrae for the second time. My best memory of my first purchase back in 2008 was talking to Mac Macrae who informed me how ones credit is their life. As a younger, less mature individual, those words speak volumes to this day. This time around, I worked with Felix. Felix is the most welcoming, down to earth, and funny salesman I have dealt with. Apparently, I still owe him a coffee. Even though I was only interested in a 2011 Scion Tc, with my upside down loan, poor credit, and lower monthly payment requests, he consistantly looked out for my best interest by trying to show me a less expensive 2010 model, rather than push something out of my reach. He even helped me decide what color I should get. Meanwhile, after getting approved with a very high interest rate, finance director Mac Macrae spent an extra day getting me approved though a different bank with a much lower rate, saving me exactely $99 a month when most directors would be happy just completing the process as soon as possible. Mac even called me on his day off regarding the college graduation rebate I was trying to qualify for. The night before delivery, I showed up to the dealership ten minutes before closing just to drop off some papers, and both Mac and Felix stayed an extra hour late to complete some of my paperwork. The day after the sale, Felix called to check-in and make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. This was just another great experience with Prime Toyota Scion. A few years ago, I referred my dad who purchased a corolla. He's purchased plenty of vehicles in his day and also said that Mac was "awesome". I would definitely recommend Prime Toyota Scion. When I go there, I feel like I am dealing with actual people. This makes the buying process much easier than you'll find elsewhere. More
It is always a pleasure coming to this dealership for a new car or service. On this occasion, I came to buy a new car. Felix had all the information for me readily available. The dealership was able to provide me a price which I could be happy with and the service is outstanding, as always. Mac closed the deal with a seamless process with the paperwork and I could not be happier. I should note that this is the fourth vehicle in five years that I have purchased at this dealership so they must be doing something (more like everything) right. More

We decided to go car shopping a half hour before all the dealers closed. Not a great idea, but when we first walked in the door, we were greeted and made welcome. We asked for Patrick because he was recomended to us. He was sociable, professional and easy to talk to. My husbund is a mechanic so he had all these technical questions, but Patrick answered all of his questions, even mine. We told him that we were looking for a 2010 Toyota and he showed us what he had and so we picked out the one we wanted and we took a drive. We came back ready to make a deal. The whole deal was done in a very reasonable amount of time. We never felt pressured or rushed or anything like that. There was not any roadblocks or trouble with anything. No hasseling or trying to get us to buy something else like other dealerships. We were very pleased with the price and all of the extras that were offered to us. My husbund and I would recomend this dealership and especally Patrick Chahwan to everyone we know. Even the finacial person, Mac was just as easy to talk to and work with.
