I think this dealership does a AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Sometimes I felt like it was hard to get a hold of some of the people I had been working with. I think this dealership does a lot of business, and they need to be able to find a better way to make customers feel a more personalized service. For example, the day I went to pick up my car, the finance manager wasn't there. I had to call him twice and email him once before I finally got him to answer some questions, and when he finally did, I felt rushed because he was with other customers. I also had to wait in the dealership waiting room for 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time because he was busy. The day I was scheduled to pick up my car, my auto insurance company called me to say that the dealership had not sent the paperwork to transfer insurance, even though I had been told by someone at the dealership that the car was ready to be picked up. I had to call my contact person at Prime several times, and while I did get calls back, they were usually after 3-4 hours. THINGS I LIKED: Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and unlike at other dealerships, I didn't feel like I was getting cheated out of something during the price negotiation process. The finance manager also went above and beyond to accommodate us and my husband's busy work schedule. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't need or want. Rather than try to sell us something in their lot, they went to their sister dealership for stock availability just to get us the color car we wanted. The finance manager was also very forthcoming about the true value of some of the extended warranty programs, and he made sure I didn't pay for something I didn't need. More
I sent an internet request for a price. Before I had even looked at my e-mails I recieved a call from Chan at Prime asking about the price. I sat down with Emile told him what I was looking for. Gave him the keys to my trade in (for pricing). We haggled over the trade in price and I bought a new Car. Saw the Finance Director Mack MacRae (usually the most tressful part of car buying). The experiance was less tressful than any car buying I have ever had. While Mack and Emile did go over everthing with me they never pressured me to buy something I did not want. I picked up the car two days later and have been very satisfied with the Car and the dealership. More

I was pleased with the way I was shown the car I wanted and all it"s features. I did have many questions about it all. I knew what my old car may be worth . I Recently purchased a prius from Jose Freitas @ Prime Toyota and could not be more pleased with the entire process. After much research and shopping around at different dealerships prime toyota was the m Toyota and could not be more pleased with the entire process. After much research and shopping around at different dealerships prime toyota was the most professional and working with Jose made it my best car shopping experience. Jose's customer service and knowledge regarding the cars I was interested in was like no other. Many other dealerships that I went to made me feel as if I was just a sale to be made while Jose worked with me to get what I was looking for at a price that I was comfortable with. I would strongly recommend Prime Toyota and Jose. I shopped for new minivan at several Toyota and Honda dealers. We had a Toyota Sienna, and were looking to trade it in for a new van. To be frank, most don't look forward to having to go through the 'car-buying' experience.
