She answered all my questions, advised me of things I wouldn't have thought to ask about (and very glad she did), and went above & beyond friendly. I wasn't going to purchase an extra warranty but he really showed me why it was necessary and I am sooo glad that I did buy it. I am perplexed by the good reviews but can only tell you that I cannot say the same. Many errors in my transaction and I have little confidence that they are very capable.
