I've now had 2 poor to bad experiences with Boch Toyota and Bernardi Toyota. I know the car is represented by the various individual dealers, but were it not for the gang I worked with at Prime, I'd be on to a new brand by now. Prime was different than my other dealer experiences, and in this case, for me, they made the difference. I bought a used car several months ago. While I was cleaning it I noticed the tires had some issues. I contacted Prime Toyota where I bought this car and received a phone call the next day from Jesse B cleaning it I noticed the tires had some issues. I contacted Prime Toyota where I bought this car and received a phone call the next day from Jesse B. I told him of my concerns and he asked me if I could bring it in right away. Yulissa was my service advisor. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. After their Service Dept. checked out the tires they agreed my concerns were valid. They remedied this problem totally to my satisfaction. Again I can only say, I as a customer, have always been treated well, from the time I purchased my car (from Sambo Sorm) to the few service visits up until this issue with my tires. I honestly thought they would not do anything about my tire concerns because I bought the car used. I was definitely surprised and I am a very happy customer. Not all dealerships are alike. More
