I'm not sure when auto dealers became 'villains' looking to loot your bank account, but I don't feel like Parkway operates in that way. If you want a new vehicle (doesn't have to be a Nissan) get in touch with Mark Smith and see what he can do for you. Ben Robinson's easygoing, humble attitude was exactly what I needed when looking at and test-driving the truck. He was NEVER pushy and only helpful. I needed a car asap, but of course wanted to make my purchase count so I had a particular vehicle in mind. Kelsey replied to my inquiry in minutes and from that point it was nothing but a 5 star experience! Buying a vehicle without even laying eyes on it wasn’t my ideal experience, but Kelsey made me feel like I was right there taking a test drive! She was responsive, personable, and provided excellent customer service! The GM worked diligently with my financing, and Bob with the delivery team was delightful and worked with my schedule! I would highly recommend this dealer and their staff to anyone in the market! I will purchase with them again! More
Sales are experience was okay. Experience after was horrible. Bobby Gilmore was our salesman. The truck we were looking at had 3 scratches that Bobby said he would make sure got taken care of. We had just filled up the gas tank of our trade in. Because of that, my husband said he would like the new truck to be filled up if we bought it. Bobby agreed and said it was no problem. We left and realized he never filled it up. I came in with my husbands truck a week later when Bobby had asked, to get the scratches fixed. I had nicely asked him about him not fulfilling his word about filling up the gas tank. He was leaning back in his chair and condescendingly said “yeah I’ll get that” in an annoyed tone as he scrolled on his phone. He barley even made eye contact. I felt uncomfortable so I said thank you and started to leave. He looked up and said “you’re leaving?”and I said yes because I was uncomfortable and no one else said a word. The very kind girl who worked in the service desk questioned Bobby and asked him if he even had my number to contact me. He said yes (he did not). I called my husband to let me know if Bobby got ahold of him because I just wanted to get out of such an unprofessional and uncomfortable situation. He said Bobby said he called me and talked to me about picking up the truck-he completely lied. I never was contacted and he never got my number. When I came to pick up the truck, the scratches were only buffed out and when the service women questioned him he said completely fixing it wasn’t apart of the deal. The gas tank was also never filled up. That made it twice he said he would fill it up and never did. I was told by an employee that he’s “like that with women”. I called my husband and he just told me to leave and forget about him fulfilling his word because he didn’t want me in that situation anymore. All in all very dishonest and condescending salesmen that just wants a commission check and doesn't appear care about the customer. More
