Every time that I have ever had have my car service there, these employees have been absolutely outstanding to deal with. They absolutely go above and beyond any expectations for quality customer serv there, these employees have been absolutely outstanding to deal with. They absolutely go above and beyond any expectations for quality customer service - there is no other dealership around that is better. Adrian often drops our car off right at our front door. This has made it really convenient so that we can pick up our kids at school on time. Janeen is always personable and a real pleasure to deal with. She always makes sure that our car is washed and vaccuumed out before it is returned to us. Osiris has been great with any warranty concerns we have. His attention to detail has really made owning our Honda a very rewarding experience. Without employees like these, customer satisfaction would sink for sure. We've been thinking about buying another new car. The way we were treated from the time we purchased this car to the quality of the service at this dealership is greatly influencing our decision. It's one thing to get a great deal on a new car, it's an entirely different element of satisfaction in having this new car and being treated like a friend at the same dealership that you purchased it when it's time to service it. After leaving other dealerships unsatisfied, my husband and I were happy to meet Steve Lander at Prime Honda. He was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted by selling us a less expensive v and I were happy to meet Steve Lander at Prime Honda. He was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we wanted by selling us a less expensive version version of the CRV and then adding on the amenities we wanted, like leather interior and privacy glass. Prime honda was by far one of the best car dealerships i have dealt with, i have been to other Honda dealers and Prime was top rated. Jeff the service person who checked me in was very courteous,knowledgeab have dealt with, i have been to other Honda dealers and Prime was top rated. The transmission on my 2001 Honda Civic went three weeks ago, although I did not purchase my car at Prime they bent over backwards to get me a great deal on a factory rebuilt. Since this visit was for an oil change only and there was no charge for it, my visit could not have been better. The ladies were efficient, polite, accomodating and very professional. There was a bit of a wait, but the reason for it was explained to me. The only element lacking was the absence of the fresh baked cookies! Everything else was just perfect as always.
