The service team over at Prime are a terrific bunch of people. This is the first time dealing with Daniel Locke who has been with Prime for only 4 months. He did a great job arranging the service for my car, having it done in a timely manner, and keeping me informed how the service was progressing while I enjoyed coffee and cookies in the showroom waiting area. The car was even washed after service(which I love!). With this service team of Daniel Locke, Mike Kelly (who I've had the pleasure of dealing with for years since the days of the Clair brothers), or Janeen (who I missed seeing 'cause she was on vacation), or Jeff (who had that Sat. off), I am always greeted with a smile, friendly chat, and receive an expert assessment of the service (and cost involved) my car requires. I always recommend the service team at Prime, and my favorite Saleman Steve Carrigan (from who I have bought two Hondas - one in 1998 and my trade in last year for the 2008 Accord. More
I came into Honda to get service on my car. The staff was very pleasant and patient with me. I was upset that I haad to spend money and they did every thing possible to accomadate me. I have never recieved such excellent customer service at a dealership before. She was very attentive and extremely helpful!! There was never a time when I felt confused and a question that was not answered, a dealership before. She was very attentive and extremely helpful!! I think every dealership (Honda or not) should have employees like Zilette. She really made me feel like the customer's concerns always come first and not the other way around. I have loved this dealership since it was Clair Honda. I was afraid it would change too much when Prime took over to bother going there for all our Service but Janeen is the reason we keep coming back. My twins are 3.5 years old (the reason we bought the Odyssey)and have grown up playing in the playroom and eating fresh hot cookies and popcorn there. Janeen, Adrian and Derrell treat them like their own children. They are so loving to them and have always helped me in and out of the car and with all their stuff. I actually like when things break so I can visit them. I trust Janeen 100% to tell me what is in need of fixing right now and what can wait a bit which is a blessing in this economy. When Janeen is out Jeff is just as nice to us. I never get the feeling someone won't help me because I'm not their customer. And Jeff is wicked funny. Even though the man that sold us the Odyssey is still there, when we need another car we will buy it from Derrell. He is a Prince. - Emily G More
My wife and I have bought two of our last three HONDAs from this dealership (Prime acquired its dealership from Claire). Mike Kelly has been a MAJOR reason that we both drive 45 minutes to an hour out of from this dealership (Prime acquired its dealership from Claire). Mike Kelly has been a MAJOR reason that we both drive 45 minutes to an hour out of our way to return to this dealership. Other dealersips are far closer! He has a good personality, offers a credible technical perspective in a friendly non-threatening environment. Last fall he showed me how to change the windshield wiper inserts while the car was still in the dealer queue (a customer replaceable product until you read the handbook) [and I am an author of technical textbooks and journals]. Most recently Mike tested my car battery and found that it was failing its tester and was still under its original replacement warrantee...he had it replaced without charge. More
I bought my car almost 3 years ago from them and I continue to go back to this dealership for all my car needs. I had a very pleasant experience with Prime Honda. I came in to see a used car I had seen on their website. The car was not a Honda. The sales staff and Justin in particular were great. They showed me the car I was interested in, let me test drive it and then Finance was so helpful in finding a bank to loan me the money to buy the car. They were all very patient with my questions and the whole process. I felt like they really did care about the customer and not so much their comission. I have had a few minor repairs to the car. Paul was great. He listened to what I had to say and kept the car for several days until he could recreate, find the problem and fix it all the while I had a "loaner" to get me through. They have always had time for me when I needed a repair or a question to ask. I give Justin and Prime Honda a "5" all around. More

Prime Honda's service department is always very helpful. Working with Janine is a pleasure. So far there is nothing they haven't done well. My most recent trip there I didn't have an appointment and it was on a saturday. My head light blew out and I just stopped in and they were able to change it for me right away. The whole service staff is a pleasure to deal with. More
