I went in for an oil change after receiving a flyer in the mail. I thought I was getting a special "deal" but in fact the price on the mailer was the same price that they charge normally. I was in need of a body shop to fix my car after a collision. Through word of mouth I was told to use Prime Honda. I brought my car to Prime and was greeted by very friendly, helpful staff. He made me feel right at home and assured me that I was in the right place to get my car repaired. I was sent with Freddy Reuter to the body shop because Mr. Davies wanted to make sure i got to the body shop and spoke to a staff member about my situation. Mr. Reuter did a great job of helping me out. I was introduced to Matt Burr, of the body shop. Mr. Burr assessed my cars damage, and explained the ins and outs of the process of getting my car repaired. Any questions I had were listened to and answered in a timely, direct manner. Once the work was complete, I saw the quality of work that was done and knew I made a great decision. I gave this rating because the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and "no games all business" which is great because those situations you always want upfront, direct answers. The quality of work was excellent. It had looked like my car was never hit. My overall experience was great. My otherwise troubling situation was handled in a professional, timely manner by experts of their trade. I highly recommend this dealership and collision center to anyone that wants great quality work handled in a timely manner. I will use Prime again!!!! More

We were in the market for a new vehicle, and had done a lot of shopping, visiting many dealers and doing research online for our desired model-a pre-owned Honda Pliot. After having spent too much time at lot of shopping, visiting many dealers and doing research online for our desired model-a pre-owned Honda Pliot. After having spent too much time at other dealers, we finally went to Prime Honda. When we arrived at Prime, we met with Reidar Davies, sales manager who let us know the vehicle we had come in for that was described online had been purchased just minutes before. Understanding our disappointment, Reidar began to search diligently for a pre-owned Honda Pilot that would meet our needs. Meanwhile, we met with Gustavo Borges who went discussed with us our needs in a new vehicle, made some suggestions, discussed our trade-in and other particulars. Much to our excitement, within minutes Reidar came back to us with the details of another Pilot, in our favorite color,and went through the brief history of the vehicle and its use by the former owner. Gus got the Pilot new-car ready for us, and we took it it for a spin---SOLD!! Both Reidar and Gus we friendly, professional, honest and they both worked so hard to find us a vehicle that we fell in love with. Most of all, we were a little anxious to spend thousands of dollars, but our overall encounter with them made the process smooth and reassuring. A few days later I returned for the inspection,and Gus was absolutely fantastic at helping me with every detail and making me feel pampered. And we LOVE our Pilot..it's like being on vacation everyday! We are PRIME cheeleaders now, and will be telling all our friends! More

The service team over at Prime are a terrific bunch of people. This is the first time dealing with Daniel Locke who has been with Prime for only 4 months. The car was even washed after service(which I love!). With this service team of Daniel Locke, Mike Kelly (who I've had the pleasure of dealing with for years since the days of the Clair brothers), or Janeen (who I missed seeing 'cause she was on vacation), or Jeff (who had that Sat. off), I am always greeted with a smile, friendly chat, and receive an expert assessment of the service (and cost involved) my car requires. I always recommend the service team at Prime, and my favorite Saleman Steve Carrigan (from who I have bought two Hondas - one in 1998 and my trade in last year for the 2008 Accord. More
