Lies, lies, lies!!! We purchased a MINI Cooper from this dealership and was assured that if anything went wrong with the vehicle, they would absolutely be able to assist We purchased a MINI Cooper from this dealership and was assured that if anything went wrong with the vehicle, they would absolutely be able to assist us. We were told that if it was a repair that was beyond their area of expertise because it was a MINI Cooper, they would send it out without a problem. Well, it wasn't long before something did go wrong, so we promptly took the car to Prime and guess what? Not only were they not able to solve the problem, I don't think they had a clue!!! I should have known when we first arrived with the vehicle and they didn't even know how to start her. SCARY!!! When we initially heard from them regarding the repairs on the vehicle, they said that they were unable to figure out what was wrong with her and were in contact with BMW (that's who makes the MINI's) and that the car would be sent to them. The next telephone call from Prime informed us that BMW was not able to take the car because they don't work on MINI's at all. We were then told that there was nothing Prime could do and for us to come pick-up the vehicle and were provided with MINI Cooper dealerships that we could take it to. There are many lessons to be learned here, one of which is, ABSOLUTELY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE VEHICLE SHOP AT PRIME!!! The next lesson is, never rely solely on what anyone associated with a car dealership tells you. They are dishonest, plain and simple. The only good thing I have to say about Prime Honda is that our original salesman, Derek was super helpful and we still have nothing but good things to say about him. The service guy was super nice as well. We were frustrated as can be but he managed to make us feel better with his great sense of humor. Does this help the fact that we now have to drag our poor little MINI down the highway to yet another service department . . . NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! But I did want to mention that there are some bright spots at this dealership. They are also baking some super yummy cookies at Prime, outside of that, consider somewhere else for your vehicle needs. Quiana took great care of my 2003 Honda when I took it in for a major service yesterday: timing belt, tensioner, water pump,and oil/filter change, state inspection and a wobbly tire fixed (the last one was a for a major service yesterday: timing belt, tensioner, water pump,and oil/filter change, state inspection and a wobbly tire fixed (the last one was a great piece of detective work by Bill M!). The service technician Bill M did an excellent job, and they did it well under the estimate. I would recommend her (and Bill M, the associate who did the service!) to anyone, she treated the car as though it was her own and accomodated all my requests with a cheerful smile. Truly the best customer service I have ever received in a dealership in MA. Great job, Quiana and Bill M at Prime Honda Servicing! More

I came to Prime Honda (W. Roxbury, MA) to change the oil and to get an inspection. While I was waiting I decided to look at new cars displayed in the show room. It turned out that I bought a new car: Honda Fit Sport. I loved this car from the first glance. The buying process went easy and smooth, thanks to the professionalism of Peter Magyar. His kindness made me calm and self-confident. The staff there is very welcoming, friendly, patient and helpful. I will recommend Prime Honda to anyone who's thinking about buying a Honda vehicle.
