Honda Ridgline 23 taken to this dealership on July 19 2024, AM to solve recall issue(wiring cable rear view camera).I was told the part would be requested and I will be called. Last Tuesday October 1th, 2024, AM to solve recall issue(wiring cable rear view camera).I was told the part would be requested and I will be called. Last Tuesday October 1th, almost 2 an half month after I called Honda Corp. to ask reason for this delay. They told me not order was found for my car after search by Vin #. I called dealership immediately. A female who attended my call checked my car information and told me part was already received and I got appointment for today Thursady 7am. After 46 minutes in the waiting area, the staff who received my car today approached to me and told me NOT PART have never ordered for my car. We will “call you”. This unprecedented fact clearly denotes superficiality in their work and absence of absolute seriousness toward the client wasting my time making me requesting unnecessaries days off to go to receive a service in a place that has proven to me to be UNRELIABLE. More
I purchased my car and have it serviced at the dealership that Angelis works at. I am very happy that she was my Service advisor when I brought my car to get some major work done back in 2021 and a few times that Angelis works at. I am very happy that she was my Service advisor when I brought my car to get some major work done back in 2021 and a few times after, even for oil changes and inspection stickers. She is very knowledgeable, always kind and thorough, and to add, supportive. Her guidance with services needed and information with my warrantee is appreciated. Angelis is who I look forward to doing business with when I pull into the Honda service station. More

Angelis was my service advisor, she was super supportive, professional, attentive and her communication with me through the process wa parkway Honda. I felt so grateful with her, as a woman being in a department with mostly men’s is a peace of mind to know that there is a woman, she made me feel very comfortable.
