Long wait I scheduled my oil change during my lunch hour. My appointment was at 11 am. I was there for an hour and a half. Brake line replacement My brakes went out on my vehicle and I called and they had me bring it in that night and started working on it the next day and had it taken care of b My brakes went out on my vehicle and I called and they had me bring it in that night and started working on it the next day and had it taken care of by the end of the day. This was an older vehicle that I had bought somewhere else and the brake line had just rusted out. They were able to put in a brakeline themselves without getting the one from Chevrolet and saved me about $400. I have all of my other Honda's serviced here and they always do a great job and are extremely friendly. More

I had just moved to Dover, OH in October, 2017 and thought since Parkway Honda was local I would try them. I called and was greeted ever so wonderful and was able to get my CRV in the same day. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted so kindly and reassured they would take care of the issue and they did.
