I wouldn't trust my car repairs to anyone else. I took my 2010 Accord in for the airbag recall, and also asked to have the low tire pressure sensor checked. The sensor had been replaced approx. 3-4 I took my 2010 Accord in for the airbag recall, and also asked to have the low tire pressure sensor checked. The sensor had been replaced approx. 3-4 months ago and it was now coming on, then going back off again. When I left the service dept. that day, I was told that everything was ok, and the sensor light was off. I turned onto the freeway and low and behold, the sensor light came back on! When I got home, I called and spoke with Kathy. I told her at this point, I really don't care about the sensor because I never had one in my other cars, so I wasn't coming back to have it looked at again. This does not change my opinion of your service dept. I'm just done dealing with the crazy low tire pressure sensor! More

Service overview I had my 2015 Honda CRV in for a maintenance check and oil change. During the check, it was noted that the battery was running on the low charge side. They came to explain it to me, told me they wanted to check it further with test, and sled if I had time to wait. The check revealed no issue. I have been a Parkway Honda for 2 decades.
