Alternator Help Had a failing alternator when going to work midnight Sunday. Called them after my shift they got me in right away, gave me a loaner car to use. The service employee was very friendly & helpful. While I waited for my car she directed me to the waiting room , where I was able to get a cup of hot tea. My wait was not real long. Saved our vacation We were just on our way to Disney for Spring Break from Cleveland when the battery light went on. Luckily Parkway was only 20 miles ahead and we pulle We were just on our way to Disney for Spring Break from Cleveland when the battery light went on. Luckily Parkway was only 20 miles ahead and we pulled right off the highway. They got us in right away and replaced the alternator on our pilot within a couple hours. We were on our way again to Disney with just a minor disruption. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even dropped us off at Bob Evans down the road to grab some breakfast. More
