When I first went into honda Prime I was didnt want to make the decision in buying a car right at that time. However although I am satisfy with the price that I was given I would have preferred a little less, but overall my experience was excellent.Steve Lander is an excellent employee and definately an asset to PRIME. Derrell Cole was very friendly and it was comfortable and easy to talk too. He provided all information and allowed us to test drive the car with a friendly smile. When I walked into Prime Honda after car shopping for several days I was discouraged and exhausted. I abruptly stated that I needed a car, it was the end of the year and I felt like I should be able to several days I was discouraged and exhausted. I abruptly stated that I needed a car, it was the end of the year and I felt like I should be able to get a good deal! Rather then turning me away because of my abruptness the sales associate Stacey introduced me to Steven Lander, my sales associate who proceeded to help me get a GREAT deal on a Honda Accord. David, one of the sales managers was also helpful and professional. I leased a vehicle and decided to return the next day for my car. I am not familiar with the area and the next morning by accident I had my friend drop me off at a different Honda dealership, one up the street from Prime Honda. Unbelievable. I called Steve and explained that I was at the wrong dealership. He said "you're kidding" and proceeded to come pick me up and bring me back to Prime Honda. I had not yet secured car insurance and at that point Steve helped me with this process as well. I had called a few agencies only to find that the insurance agent Steve had referred me to gave me by far the best coverage for the lowest price. Steve than drove me to the agents office, waited for me to sign the appropriate paper work, and brought me back to Prime Honda. Soon there after I was leaving the dealership in my new 2009 Accord. I normally don't take the time to rate companies or businesses. However, the service at PRIME Honda was so superb I felt like I owed it to them. Clearly, Steve spent a LOT of time with me and at no point did I feel like he was becoming inpatient or annoyed. I was very NEEDY during this car buying experience and Steve was there for me every step of the way. So Steve if you happen to read this THANK YOU. Also, Thanks to Stacey, David, and Sam. Prime Honda is worth checking out. The associates are personable and professional. Real people that enjoy what they do. More

Paul was AWESO Hi- I went to Prime Honda looking to buy a new car on 12/26/08. When I walked in the door I looked for a salesperson and met Paul. Paul was AWESOME!! He asked me what I was looking for in a car. I told him I wanted a CRV with four wheel drive. I test drove a blue CRV (I think it was an EX). Paul explained the car to me inside and out. I also asked him numerous questions about the vehicle. I did like it but I wanted more bells and whistles. Paul explained the next model had a sunroof and other features I was interested in. I was hooked. Paul priced out both vehicles for me along with my trade in. Once we came to a deal..I picked out my new car. A silver Honda CRV. Paul called me a few days later to let me know my registration was ready. When I went back to the dealership to pick it up, Paul took my car for inspection. After everything was all set, Paul showed me where I would need to bring my car for service and explained everything to me. He then walked me to my car and asked me if I had any questions for him....which I did. He answered everything for me. I felt very comfortable during the whole buying process. I never felt pressure to buy the car. I would and have recommended Paul to other people. My overall experience was wonderful. I have only had my car for just about a week and I love it. Prime Honda is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I went in thinking not to trust anyone becasue they were all after my money. All the options were laid out and explained in detail. I wasnt thrown into a car, Paul took me around every single car that I mentioned and informed me about all of them, even giving me his own honest opinion about each one. Finally, when it was all said and done, Paul even helped me research for the best insurance rates around. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service. I purchased both my cars (2004 Accord, 2008 Accord) from Paul about a year apart. I have been sending all my friends there as well. More

The dealership turned a negative experience into a positive experience (I scheduled a visit to see a specific car, drove a good distance to see the car, but it was sold before I got there). The car ended up becoming available and I negotiated a price directly with the sales manager via email, which was very helpful. Fernando Q was a pleasant and honest salesman to deal with. He drove the car to my house for a test drive and did a nice job communicating with me to setup delivery. I previously purchased cars from the Clair dealership so it was nice to see there hasn't been a drop-off in cust service since the transition to the Prime name. More
