I had a very pleasant experience with Prime Honda. I came in to see a used car I had seen on their website. The car was not a Honda. The sales staff and Justin in particular were great. They showed me the car I was interested in, let me test drive it and then Finance was so helpful in finding a bank to loan me the money to buy the car. They were all very patient with my questions and the whole process. I felt like they really did care about the customer and not so much their comission. I have had a few minor repairs to the car. Paul was great. He listened to what I had to say and kept the car for several days until he could recreate, find the problem and fix it all the while I had a "loaner" to get me through. They have always had time for me when I needed a repair or a question to ask. I give Justin and Prime Honda a "5" all around. More
