I've purchased two cars from Prime Honda and am very happy with both purchases. Buying my first car at Prime Honda was a great experience. After going to a couple of other dealerships, I almost gave up until I came across this one. My salesperson, Paul Wisdom, made my first car purchase a smooth process. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted but I knew some of the qualities that I wanted in a car. He was extremely friendly and honest with me which is what I was looking for in a salesperson. Someone who wasn't just trying to make another sale. I am a no nonsense person and I was very appreciative of his honest approach. Paul has the qualities someone would be looking for in a customer service representative. His friendliness, Integrity, sociableness and eager to please approach makes for a very comfortable atmosphere. He answered every one of my questions and I never felt uncomfortable calling him with any of my questions. He never got tired of me. He is a very valuable employee, because when I think of Prime or tell my family and friends about Prime, I speak of Paul. Today, after one year from buying my first car, I can still call him with anything that I do not understand. My overall experience with Prime Honda made me feel special. I did not feel like just another customer, they tended to all of my car care needs and their prices are reasonable to. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. Their high quality of service is apparent in their staff, very warm and friendly. I would definitely go back to Prime Honda for another car purchase. They don't just sell Hondas they sell an array of cars, so I am sure you would find something to suit your appetite. Pay a visit to Prime and you won't be disappointed. While you are there ask for Paul Wisdom and he will take care of you, I guarantee it. More
Excellent waiting area with popcorn and cookies! I look forward to coming back so I can eat more of their popcorn and cookies. After my 2007 Civic failed its emissions test at an independent garage, I brought the car to the dealer's service department to have them it out. I told them that, ideally, I wouldn't have to pay for t independent garage, I brought the car to the dealer's service department to have them it out. I told them that, ideally, I wouldn't have to pay for the inspection twice. The service department representative (Peter Whelan) went out of his way to diagnose the problem without having the run the inspection equipment, which would have cost me more money. Once he realized that the inspection was going to pass with his equipment, he came back to tell me, but gave me some space to call the independent garage and make my own decision about whether or not I would just have the car inspected at Honda. Overall, this experience was *fabulous*. It was so refreshing to be in the car dealer's and not feel pressured into anything (my past experiences, including when I bought the car, were so unpleasant that I left *hating* car dealers, vowing never to return). Peter was very communicative and informed, but respectful of my situation. In the end, I had the car inspected at Honda rather than bringing it back to the independent garage, and I think I'll continue to have my services done at the dealer's in the future simply because they were so laid back and easy to work with. A++!! More
I went to Prime Honda because they claimed to be different than Boch Honda, which is the place I bought my last Honda Civic. Derrell Cole was my salesman, and from the first moment he introduced him different than Boch Honda, which is the place I bought my last Honda Civic. Derrell Cole was my salesman, and from the first moment he introduced himself to me, the process was definitely a change from my last experience. He was warm and had a light-hearted, easy-going style. Derrell did everything he could to be honest and up front about the sales negotiation process. He listened to me--and actually heard what I was saying--and adjusted his approach based on my needs. In my opinion, I got a fair price, and I didn't have to kill myself pleading for it. I recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or lease a Honda. In addition, everyone I met a Prime was friendly. Reidar Davies, the General Sales Manager went out of his way to say hello and talk to me about some concerns I had. Like Derrell, he saw me, and talked to me as an individual, not just as another customer he hoped to win. He has a very nice way about him, and knows that treating people fairly and with integrity is the way to gain repeat customers. And finally, what more can you say about a service department that washes your car every time you get it serviced! That will definitely get me coming back! More
All of the service staff at Prime Honda are excellent. Janeen is the one I deal with the most and is exceptional with the service she delivers. The parts department, especially Marc Bishoff, has also been a great experience. I find this department to have reasonable prices and will always give you the best overall service. More
I can't say enough great things about the guys at Prime Honda. I went to Prime Honda after having an upsetting experience at Boch Honda. When I went to Prime Honda, the people here weren't the least bit pushy, they were professional, kind, sincere, polite, and very upfront about all costs. I am very happy I gave my business to Prime Honda and not to Boch Honda. I wrote a letter to Boch Honda about my experience, here it is: Hello I am writing to let you know that I have purchased a Honda CRV (the EX L module with Navigation) from Prime Honda in Dedham/West Roxbury. To be perfectly honest with you, I really found my sales representative Tom Rybak extremely rude. I decided I would not give my business and my money to someone who treated me so poorly. I was in your dealership two times. The first time was on Saturday December 20th, you were the very first dealership I walked into. Of course, being my first trip in, I was at the beginning stages of a car search. Due to snowy weather conditions, Tom wasn't able to show me the Honda CRV. So since he couldnt show me the car, I asked him if he could give me pricing. At that point, he become extremely pushy and rude. First of all, I hadn't even SEEN the car so why in the world would I be ready to buy a car? He was practically yelling at me asking me if I had a check on me, or a credit card or cash to out down on a car. A car I hadn't even seen! I finally was able to leave and we left it that I would come back to look at the car. Due to snowy weather conditions, I wasn't able to get back to the dealership the following day. I got a very obnoxious phone call from Tom basically accusing me of giving him phony phone #s. He told me he called my work # and they had never heard of me and he started giggling in a weird way. I have worked at the same place for almost nine years, I can assure you, I gave Tom the correct phone #. What kind of a salesperson, would call a prospective customer and accuse them of giving a phony phone number? People buy from people they like. I work in sales and I never treat people the way Tom rudely treated me. I returned to the dealership again on Saturday December 27th. Tom was able to show me the car and I was able to take a test drive. After the test drive, Tom was back to being his rude, pushy self. He again was rudely asking me if I had a check or a credit card or me. I told him my father told me not to bring this stuff on purpose and Tom said I should stop listening to my father. At that exact point, I decided I would never buy a car from Tom Rybak or Boch Honda. What kind of a human being tells a young woman not to listen to her father. I have no respect for Tom Ryback, I think he is a mean person. I am very happy that I gave my business to Prime Honda. They were nothing but nice to me and not the least bit pushy. When I told my salesperson I needed to speak to my father first, do you know what he said? He said to me, of course you need to speak to your father, take your time and get back to us. They also asked me what they needed to do to earn my business and asked me for my business. More

I have owned my Honda Fit for six months. With all the snow yesterday, I experienced difficulty and noise that I didn't understand. It made me very nervous and this morning I contacted the Prime Service D snow yesterday, I experienced difficulty and noise that I didn't understand. It made me very nervous and this morning I contacted the Prime Service Dept. Peter Whalen allowed me to come right in and when I arrived, he was there. He reviewed the car's current state, mileage, etc., and we discussed my concerns. Mr.Whalen suggested we drive the property for an optimum experience, to see if the car was still doing what I complained of. I have a limited automotive vocabulary and this was very helpful. Turns out it was the antilock breaking system, that was new to me . Mr.Whalen explained in detail how it operates, especially in certain conditions and that it was quite normal and the system was trying to reengage. Mr. Whalen eased my mind, was very professional and gave me a better understanding of the vehicle. I will return for a checkup within 2000miles and I'm glad someone of his caliber will be available.
