I had a terrible experience with Herb Chambers and luckily got out of a really bad deal with them. Herb Chambers had me test drive an '09 LX and then sold me a DX, not even power locks. Plus they were charging me $26000 for it and under selling my used Honda which I bought from them. They called me constantly and harassed me, I did not trust any sales people any longer. Prime Honda totally won my trust back. They gt me the 2009 LX at a lower payment than my 2002 LX that I originally bought from Herb Chambers. No money down, one day, no hassel, and it was President's day so I got to spin the wheel and won $50 cash. All around I saved about $16000 and I walked out with $50 bucks. Steve was super friendly, didn't try to sell me any extra features, listened to what I wanted and delivered. It was the least painful car buying experience ever, and my 3rd car in under a year. I guess third times the charm. More
The service team over at Prime are a terrific bunch of people. This is the first time dealing with Daniel Locke who has been with Prime for only 4 months. He did a great job arranging the service for my car, having it done in a timely manner, and keeping me informed how the service was progressing while I enjoyed coffee and cookies in the showroom waiting area. The car was even washed after service(which I love!). With this service team of Daniel Locke, Mike Kelly (who I've had the pleasure of dealing with for years since the days of the Clair brothers), or Janeen (who I missed seeing 'cause she was on vacation), or Jeff (who had that Sat. off), I am always greeted with a smile, friendly chat, and receive an expert assessment of the service (and cost involved) my car requires. I always recommend the service team at Prime, and my favorite Saleman Steve Carrigan (from who I have bought two Hondas - one in 1998 and my trade in last year for the 2008 Accord. More
I was a little put off at first when dealing with this salesman, as his tactic to get me to buy the car was to take my keys to look at my trade-in and then refuse to give them to me. I did negotiate to a price where I wanted to be, so I did end up purchasing the vehicle. I did have the manager call me regarding several outstanding issues that needed to be dealt with regarding the car and my experience, and management there is very responsive and made the experience at Prime much better. My husband and I brought our 2 kids (2 and 4) on President's day just to compare Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. Steve accomodated us 100%. My husband was able to entertain the children with the game room, bowling game, popcorn machine, and fresh baked cookies while I test drove both vans. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helped to occupy the children while we discussed our options. We ultimately decided to purchase a pre-owned Odyssey. Steve helped us through the process and was able to negotiate a very reasonable deal for us. We had the van, registration, and inspection the next day. My son drew a picture for Steve when we picked up the van. Overall as pleasant an experience as you could want buying a car. More
I came into Honda to get service on my car. The staff was very pleasant and patient with me. I was upset that I haad to spend money and they did every thing possible to accomadate me. I have never recieved such excellent customer service at a dealership before. She was very attentive and extremely helpful!! There was never a time when I felt confused and a question that was not answered, a dealership before. She was very attentive and extremely helpful!! I think every dealership (Honda or not) should have employees like Zilette. She really made me feel like the customer's concerns always come first and not the other way around. I have loved this dealership since it was Clair Honda. I was afraid it would change too much when Prime took over to bother going there for all our Service but Janeen is the reason we keep coming back. My twins are 3.5 years old (the reason we bought the Odyssey)and have grown up playing in the playroom and eating fresh hot cookies and popcorn there. Janeen, Adrian and Derrell treat them like their own children. They are so loving to them and have always helped me in and out of the car and with all their stuff. I actually like when things break so I can visit them. I trust Janeen 100% to tell me what is in need of fixing right now and what can wait a bit which is a blessing in this economy. When Janeen is out Jeff is just as nice to us. I never get the feeling someone won't help me because I'm not their customer. And Jeff is wicked funny. Even though the man that sold us the Odyssey is still there, when we need another car we will buy it from Derrell. He is a Prince. - Emily G More

We worked with Steven Lander - he was great. Steven wasn't what we would consider a typical car salesman - there weren't any gimics or pressure.
