We went to prime as referrals. We bought a used vehicle from Derell. His warmness and caring of our needs was shortlived. Having had a week to prepare our vehicle it wasn't even ready . The day we picked it up he was quite cold and very different from before. Getting anything completed was like pulling teeth. He promised the 06 vehicle would resemble an 09. the vehicle still had scratches on it. He then said "what did you expect its an 06". Now, even though it was a used vehicle you still should respect your buyers. We felt completely disrespected by the end of the process. We went to Prime and and Darrell hoping for a positive experience. Boy were we wrong. We wished we had better experience. On a positive note, Raeider and Rui Moreira were very accommodating. Moral of the story follow through with your promises and treat your customers with respect, from start to finish Darrell. More

The reason why I picked Prime Honda was due to the Internet quote. It was the best I had received, so I contacted Scott Martinelli, the Internet sales Mangager and set up appointment. When I arrived for my appointment with Scott he introduced me to salesman Steven Lander. He took down some information and then he took me for a test drive, then we talked some figures! He introduced me to Ryder the finance man we went over some options. I told them that I had to think about it and I will get back to them tomorrow. I went back and told them what I could pay. They worked with me to get me closer to my price and they did. I was very pleased so I accepted the offer. I would recomend Steven and Prime Honda dealership and I already have. Thank You! When my wife an my family went into Prime Honda I was expecting to look at an Accord as it was good on gas an could seat 5. My wife wanted something that seated more so Derrell had us look at the Honda O expecting to look at an Accord as it was good on gas an could seat 5. My wife wanted something that seated more so Derrell had us look at the Honda Odyssey. My wife was unhappy as it was a mini van but, Derrell said it wasn't a mini van it was an Odyssey, well after the test drive an the knowledge Derrell had of the Odyssey it was easy to tell he one really liked this car an he took the time to learn about the product he was selling. He showed us a feature isn't even described in the literature. The passenger seat folds down so it is almost like a bed where you could sleep in the Odyssey. Plus, he went went to his manager and we felt we received the best possible price we could of on such a high end car. We are very happy with our experience with Prime Honda an on a closing note they have GREAT chocolate chip cookies which are fresh baked!! More

Steve went above and beyond for me to make the sale happen. He was real nice and brought me to eat lunch while I waited for my plates. I wanted the car I drove one hour for. Steve made it happen.
