Derrell received my name last December when I requested a quote online. He called me promtly, but when I said I wasn't ready to buy, he did not push me at all. Which to me, is a huge compliment. Lillian Mac Daniel was an excellent salesperson. She was very pleasant and was not a high pressure salesperson. I had purchased many cars from Boch Honda, but this last experience was a very unpleasant one. They played the back and forth game on the price for quite a while. I finally told them that I had enough and was going to Prime Motors. Boch Honda was very arrogant and said good luck at Prime. You won't get a better price from them as we own our inventory. They were wrong. I got the same car that Boch Honda was showing me at a price of $2,500 less and $1,000 more for my trade. This was a $3,500 difference. The whole negotiating process took about 15 minutes. The minute I walked in the door at Prime I was treated with excellent customer service. I have already reccommended them to a friend that is in the process of purchasing a new Honda. He is going to be working with Lillian Mac Daniels. More

Lillian made me feel instantly comfortable and came off as a genuine person who was concerned with my satisfaction. Working with Jill was also a great experience - she walked me through every step, going back and forth with lenders to secure the lowest APR rate for me. She also clearly explained what every price was and walked me through every step. Both Lillian and Jill made the whole experience actually pleasant - what a surprise! Our whole experience was great from the moment we walked in the door. We had called ahead to say we were coming and Justin met us, found out what we wanted, we test drove the exact vehicle we would ultimate in the door. The business manager,Jill was kind and was only there 3 weeks. We won $250 on the wheel spin as well. The cookies and coffee were a nice touch too. We picked up the car 2 days later and it was just as we had wanted. Great Experience A+ More

He and my immediate sales person, Mr. Roach, were outstanding; they answered all my questions and concerns and treated me with respect. A week ago I had walked the lot and showroom of a competitor down the highway in Norwood. At that dealership not one salesperson approached me; I can’t help but think that I was ignored because I was a lone woman looking at cars. Yesterday’s experience was the complete opposite. At Prime Honda they listened, answering all my questions and concerns; they gave me a deal I certainly appreciated! He was pleasent, informative, entertaining and very low pressure. He seemed very honest and freindly. We test drove a vehicle and looked at several others during our over 4 hour visit. The sales manager offered us a very attactive deal on a loaded Ridgeline unfortunately it was still out of our budget. He was willing to throw in an option I wanted on the RTL model to a brand new RT model. I felt he went the "extra mile" to make a deal. I got my vehicle below dealer invoice and was very happy with my experience at Prime. We had to wait a bit to meet the Finacial/Business Manager, or what ever they are called, as they were fairly busy. I think he was absent the day manners and customer service were taught. We had just spent over 22k in his dealership and he treated us like crap. He gave his pitch for extended warrenties and when we refused it he got bitter. We had a question about the interest rate and his response was that he basiclly waved the offer sheet in our faces and said "you signed it and agreed to this price" When we asked about the credit rankings he was cold and indiffernt and waved a binder full of ratings at us. We were very close to leaving and going else where. I reminded him we had the right by law cancel the contract. He mumbled something we couldn't understand. He was with out a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was phony pleasant until we said didn't want any options then he was just plain rude. Looking back I should have walked, there is no reason to take this kind of abuse in this day and age, for any reason. We were professional and polite, and he had no reason to treat us in the manner he did. If he is a reflection of the way Prime treats customers, I might have to rethink where I have my vehicle serviced. It's a shame that this happened because up until then everyone was pleasant and freindly. It's a very nice dealership. they are very willing to whell and deal. I got a very fair price for my trade. They offered us lunch, we had coffee, I even got to check my email on one of their computers while we were waitng. The show room is spotless. He turned one of the happiest days a person can have (buying a brand new car and getting a good deal) into a crummy experience. he was all we could talk about that night, not the great Honda I just purchased. Steve Roach would be the reason I recommend Prime. He was great when we were shopping and he was great when we picked up our car. My rating would have been better for this dealership if not for the experience we had with the business manager. More
