I bought a car from Boch Honda last month and they were so awful that I did not even go back for my free inspection sticker! When I came to Prime, I was met by gus, he was very polite. When we found a car my daughter wanted, He held the car with a small deposit. He stayed late at work one night just so my brother in law could check out the car. When i got held up and did not come in for a few days. he was very kind and just called to ask if i still wanted the car. Again, he was not pushy. He even went as for to bring the car to my home when I could not pick it up. We are talking about a used car here I am sure he did not make a ton of money from this deal. My husband passed away last month and everything has been hard but Gus made this very easy for me. I will buy all my cars from him in the future as well as recommend him to friends! Researched prices on the official Honda website to find a good deal. Found a GREAT deal on a Honda-certified used Accord w/ low miles for $10,880. Drove an hour down to Prime. We walked around the lot browsing and after 10 minutes of NOBODY coming to help us, we had to go inside and ask for help. They have me talk to Rider is, their sales manager. I tell them our price range ($10k or so) and Bobby is pretty much tells me they don't have anything in that range. I ask them about the one listed online . I mention the price online and he says they list things online at dealer cost. However the prices on the windshields ($14,999 and up) he tells me to ignore (!?!). I told him I REALLY am only interested in the car I saw online, and so we go BACK inside so he can leave us sitting for 15 minutes (though to his credit he was nice enough to get us water). A THIRD guy comes out, mutters his name incomprehensibly. They pretty much tell me this car does not exist on their lot. Then they proceed to try and upsell me to a higher priced car. I press him and give him EXACT DETAILS on the car I drove here specifically to buy. He leaves again to check on this. Now we are left to sit and wait some more. He finally comes back 10 minutes later to tell me that they "sold" the car. I had pretty much had it at that point and they didn't seem to actually want to help me so I pretty much left at that point. Long story short: If a customer cares enough about a car to find it online, drive an hour to your lot and then asks you about the car, then you should probably try to find/sell them the car instead of acting like it doesn't exist for an hour and completely wasting my time before going "oh...umm...it's 'sold'...yeah, that's it!" This was the poorest experience of customer service we have seen so far in our trips to New England dealerships. You would think "#1 on the planet" would know a few simple things about conducting business and focusing on customer service. Shameful. More

The dealership is great to work with. They are friendly and courtesy. The sales person Justin is very helpful. During the whole course we are going back and forth about which color and details about accessories, he is very patient and answer every single question we have. David the sales manager and Rui the finance manger are also decent guys helping us with purchasing the vehicle and making sure we understand every item on the contract and every single device and service we are going to pay for. Overall it is a really pleasant experience to get the life-time first new vehicle from such a nice dealer with many good people working there. They are good both at business and in person.
