Graham was helpful before, during and after the sale. He even came out to my office to get the paperwork done. When my wife an my family went into Prime Honda I was expecting to look at an Accord as it was good on gas an could seat 5. My wife wanted something that seated more so Derrell had us look at the Honda O expecting to look at an Accord as it was good on gas an could seat 5. My wife wanted something that seated more so Derrell had us look at the Honda Odyssey. My wife was unhappy as it was a mini van but, Derrell said it wasn't a mini van it was an Odyssey, well after the test drive an the knowledge Derrell had of the Odyssey it was easy to tell he one really liked this car an he took the time to learn about the product he was selling. He showed us a feature isn't even described in the literature. The passenger seat folds down so it is almost like a bed where you could sleep in the Odyssey. Plus, he went went to his manager and we felt we received the best possible price we could of on such a high end car. We are very happy with our experience with Prime Honda an on a closing note they have GREAT chocolate chip cookies which are fresh baked!! More
I purchased an 05 Acura TL. I drove from Lawrence, MA all the way to West Roxbury because it was the the cheapset one I could find.FYI... It's an hour drive for me and I hate driving. The car was initially on hold for an unqualified buyer. Steve Roache showed me some other cars but I was not interested. Steve didn't pressure me at all. Steve went above and beyond for me to make the sale happen. He was real nice and brought me to eat lunch while I waited for my plates. I wanted the car I drove one hour for. Steve made it happen. He got the car off hold and made it available for me. He let me make my own decision. Steve went above and beyond for me to make the sale happen. High pressure sales, unprofessional, kept me there ALL afternoon, and when I started leaving they show me the car that I mentioned what I wanted in the first place. I contacted the owner of the dealership, so hopefully he deals with this correctly. As a female, I think I was targeted the way I was because male salesman feel the need to pressure women because we are more vulnerable. I finally did walk out, but the experience helped me become more strict as I continue my shopping for the right car. And the sales manager admitted that they were being aggressive, when I asked why, he said "I don't mean to use excuses." It was because I was a woman, and I confronted him, he stumbled. He knows why he did it, so I chose to continue looking around. I think it's pathetic and sad that a dealership feels the need to force someone to test drive a car that they don't intend on getting. Purchasing a car from Prime Honda was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had already shopped around and test-driven my car and gotten a price from another dealership when I first contacted Pri experience I have ever had. Other dealers I called insisted I show up in person before they would give me any idea if they could come close to the offers I already had. That was the main reason I gave Prime Honda the first shot at making a deal. When I did go in, they were friendly, courteous and not insulting. The salesman, Steven Lander, was especially helpful in making the deal work. Instead of asking me to come in and sign some unfinished paperwork, he drove an hour in rush hour traffic to bring the paperwork to me at my job. When I picked the car up he patiently sat with me to help me get familiar with the car's features. General Sales Manager Reidar Davies also made me feel good about buying my car at Prime Honda. More
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience dealing with Prime Honda, and specifically my salesperson Steven Lander. I was looking for a used Honda Civic, Honda Accord, or Toyota Camry to replace a high mi Prime Honda, and specifically my salesperson Steven Lander. I was looking for a used Honda Civic, Honda Accord, or Toyota Camry to replace a high mileage VW Jetta. When I called Prime, they said, "We have plenty of cars; come on in." I visited the dealership with my wife and daughter, and was shown two cars out of my price range. However, before leaving Steven said "We just got a car in trade that might fit your needs, but it hasn't been detailed yet and is quite dirty." We looked at the car, which had relatively low mileage. If you could look past the dirt, you could see a good deal! So I made an offer contingent on my mechanic's approval. Within 24 hours Steven had gotten the car cleaned and ready for me to take it to my mechanic. My mechanic reviewed the car and gave it his approval, and I returned it to Prime where they made a minor body repair. Today when I brought the VW Jetta in to actually do the trade, everything went smoothly. Steven provided excellent customer service: he arranged to get a CarFax for me on the Civic, he got the keys fixed on the Civic (the front door key wasn't working properly), and he promised me that he would replace the missing owners manual. He also told me that when I returned to pick up my RMV registration, he would have the car inspected. That was a pleasant surprise, and will save me the inconvenience of taking it for inspection later. Once we had made our deal, the final deal did reflect our arrangement so there were no last minute "surprises". In the business manager's office I was shown several options for extended warranties and other services, but was not pressured to purchase anything. I was also given the option to sign up for those services within the next 30 days, so I didn't feel pressured - which is normally a big turn-off at a dealer. Thus, I have been very pleased with the purchase experience at Prime Honda, and with Steven Lander's service. I will definitely recommend Prime and Steven to my friends. More

From the moment I walked into the dealer I felt like I had their undivided attention. My concerns were answered immediately and accurately. (And this was NOT the only dealer I interacted with for this purchase) Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful- I was extremely impressed with the team I dealt with on the showroom floor. I was encouraged by the upbeat and genuinely happy environment that can only come from a workplace where the employees are satisfied and proud of the role they fill. As GM Reidar made sure I wasn't going to walk out the door without hearing the best deal that he was able to offer. Mike, my salesman, was new but that didn't let him skip a beat... He went over every detail to make sure I knew all about the car and there was great team effort which helped him close a deal that was beneficial to both myself and the dealer. (Actually I kinda feel like I "won" a little....) Paul helped to made sure I was educated in all the exciting new features of my new Honda Accord. While the bell kept ringing with continuing sales Rui (business manager) never rushed me with the important business decisions, making sure I was comfortable with all the financial implications involved in my purchase. The dealer had great supplemental offerings which I gladly took advantage of, like 7 year extension on the manufacturers warranty. I am looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Prime as they also offer a lifetime guarantee-something that I have never heard of before. I am proud to drive around with the PRIME stamp on the back of my new car. I feel confident that if I have any questions or problems they will be addressed in a speedy manner. I have already received a followup call from Mike in which he was still patient and didn't rush me off the phone, reminding me that my experience was not just about closing a sale but finding a new home for any future auto needs. We move slowly and actually took about a month to make a decision but Steven stood right by us. He was pleasant and professional. After checking on prices on the internet, I felt that the values at Prime were real. I was very satisfied wih the deal that I made and was able to get the leather seats and sunroof that I wanted. Getting to know the pror history of the ownership of this pre-owned vehicle was an added bonus that I appreciated. The car fax was available inside each car that we looked at. Steven Lander did a great job at polishing up the car and filling up the gas tank before we picked it up. All in all it was a very rewarding experience. More
