I was given an on-line price for a 2009 Honds CRV. When we arrived at the dealership (ready to buy with no trade-in) we were greeted by a new salesman (first day) who had been to told to fill out a questio we arrived at the dealership (ready to buy with no trade-in) we were greeted by a new salesman (first day) who had been to told to fill out a questioneer to help him "understand our needs." After numerous attempts to tell him that we knew what we wanted, he continued to try to ask the questions. Finally, we told him to note that we had "refused to answer." He then asked if we would like a test drive. We agreed. It took him over 20 minutes to find a dealer plate to put on the car. Finally,he found one and we went off. He was unfamiliar with the area and had no idea where we were. We returned to the dealership and went and got some kind of manager. We told him the price that we had been quoted. he then gave us a higher price. For some time prior to this Saturday before Father's Day, Prime had been advertising heavily in the media that if you bought a Honda that weekend they would throw in either a lawn mower or a remote starter. We were told that at the price they were. quoting us they could not throw in the lawnmower or remote starter. At that point we thanked them and left. I feel that if a price is quoted as a result of an internet inquiry then the dealership should have the honesty and integrity to honor that price. I would not recommend Prime to friends, family or acquaintances (that includes my dog too!) More
I have previously purchased 2 Honda Accords from this dealership although it was Clair Honda at the time. After my second purchase I continued to have my car serviced at the dealership and was very sati dealership although it was Clair Honda at the time. After my second purchase I continued to have my car serviced at the dealership and was very satisfied with the service I received. Then it became Prime Honda and the service was still very good. Because of my previous experience and because I was hoping to get a good deal I visited Prime Honda and was able to purchase my third Honda Accord at a very good price. The sales reps work as a team and really assist each other which is helpful to prospective custormers. My sales rep. Ramon Nunez was helpful and so were his managers. In the future I would certainly visit Prime Honda to see about purchasing another vehicle. More

They were friendly, professional and most importantly, true to their word. I presented them with my wants and needs and they were addressed efficiently, timely and to the letter top to bottom. They went out of their way to make sure that my questions were answered, and that my "fears" were addressed. I spoke to them on a Thursday and set an appointment to come in on Saturday, we had a deal with everything essentially complete within 2 hours, and I picked the car up on wednesday (though it was ready for me by Monday evening). That is top-notch service. This was a very positive experience and I am pleased to recommend others to Prime Honda, and especially to work with Reider and Peter. More
My experience with Gus and Prime Honda was very positive. I went in knowing what I was looking for and Gus focused specifically on those features and car types. He made the entire process very easy from start to finish even though my situation was unique and a little tedious after we closed the deal. He was friendly and not a typical "pushy" sales consultant that you would think you would meet with. I think I got a very fair deal on my car in the end. My experience at Prime was better than other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Prime and Gus and will refer him to any of my colleagues in the future. More

I consider our experience in dealing with prime Honda as being good to very good. One oversight was that the vehicle was not filled with gas prior to me leaving the lot with the car. I give this rating since Graham Lower was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful but not pushy. He never made you feel rushed. Graham called the next day to check in and confirm appointment made for installation. When I arrived for service for rain guards I went to see Graham and was greeted very warmly. As I waited for Service to complete work, Graham noticed I was waiting a bit longer than I should have, he very quickly went to check and made sure to communicate with me. He apologized. The key was ready. Graham made sure to note if anything else was needed to feel free to call him. Raidar Davies was very pleasant and made sure to greet me the following day as if he'd seen me a thousand times. I so hope that whenever a visit is made that each is just as pleasant. I do hope that in the future all Customers are made to feel as I did on my first two visits. To feel that your time and car is not only important to you the Customer, but to Prime Honda as well. Each person should continue to be treated as well or even better than day one. Have a great day. More
