As soon as I heard about cash for clunkers, I knew I wanted to participate and knew I wanted a Honda. Originally, I went to Boch. I then went to dealerrater.com because I did not want to deal with any more annoying salesman stuff. I saw that prime honda was ranked number one. I gave them a call, asked them if they would honor the price Boch quoted me, and if they would hold it for the cash for clunkers program. They did all of these things and provided excellent service. Frank was friendly and genuine, and Sean was extremely helpful and kept me informed as the Cash for Clunkers program got worked out. I am now driving a new honda cr-v and couldn't be happier! Really really great car buying experience. More

Searching for a car for my son who was moving to LA was quite an adventure. We started looking at pre-owned Honda Accords like with a few years and about 30,000 miles. We checked all of the dealerships, and private parties, and we became educated on the Kelly Blue Book pricing models. During our short but intense search for the right car, we visited Prime Honda in West Roxbury, Massachusetts several times. On our initial visit, we were greeted by Gustavo Borges who like other sales people offered to show us the vehicles we had in inventory. Unlike other salesmen, Gus, projected a sincere interest in helping us find the right car at the right price. Gus not only checked the inventory at Prime Honda, but also also availability throughout the northeast. We test-drove several vehicles which seemed to meet our criteria, but my just son couldn't find a vehicle that felt right. We left the dealership (again!!) and took a few days to think about a car. We ultimately decided to purchase a new Honda Accord because of the warranty, the factory/dealer incentives, the enhanced safety features of a new vehicle and the knowledge that the tires and brake systems were brand new. The economics of a new verses pre-owned vehicle seemed to make sense for us, and of course our son was delighted with his sporty brand new coupe!! I have probably provided much-to-much detail here, but it is important context to understand the flexibility, patience, and the professionalism demonstrated by Gustavo Borges. We stopped into the dealership at lease four times without buying anything and consuming hours of his time. We spent several more hours speaking to him on the phone. He never pressured us into a direction, or tried to "sell" us a vehicle that wasn't right for us. When we did decide on a vehicle - he found the car that was the correct interior / exterior color scheme (which other salesmen couldn't see to find). He guided us through the sales process in an honest and straightforward way. I just bought a Honda Civic LX-AT for my wife. I requested price quote and did negotiations through internet. Prime Honda gave me one of the best prices that I got. I was skeptical dealing with the dealer (even after the price agreed through internet) but I read many good things about the dealer and decided to give it a try. After the price was agreed and I made small DP through phone, Weston called me to set up the appointment. They honored the price quote that I got through internet, they have prepared the document and had the car ready for test drive. The car was still covered in plastics and only had 4 M on it...no one had ever test drive the car before. We were happy with the car and Rui, business manager, helped us to take care of the payment. On the next business day, the care was ready for pickup. There was a little problem with the insurance and registration, but Weston helped us out and had the car ready for pickup on the same day. During delivery, my wife found a tiny scratch at the front door and Weston immediately brought the car to their body shop and took care of the scratch. Prime Honda do not only give the best price but also excellent customer care. We are happy to have business with them. More

The problem I had at prime was thehigh pressure sales tactics. They advertise that they won't rush you into a decision and yet they tried to do just that with me. I'm glad others are getting good prices at Prime but I won't deal with people who pressure me. It doesn't earn my trust. More

I received promt emails from severel dealers including PRIME HONDA. The way that Prime Honda's email was designed was so appealing and persuading. I went to Prime Honda ,West Roxbury, with my sister and brother in law the next day. WE were welcomed so nicely that I felt really like I was really at home. Mr. Justin Schmid introduced himself to us and the rest was extremely happy moments, because he was the frendliest,most comforting, most hospitabale,most technical knowledge equipped and the most informative salesman I've ever seen. The rest of the crew of Prime Honda was also so friendly with great hospitality. Mr.Schmid was so good by his questions and explanations for helping me in determining which CR-V I want and suitable for me. He did not have the color I wanted, but he ,immediately, got help from his friends in Prime Crew and located the car for me and arranged the car to be delivered to West Roxbury on the promised day. He handled everything very promtly and nicely including insurance, registration and the rest to the extend that **He himself drove us to the insurance company twice, **He himself picked us up from Allston where we live, on the day that we would go to Prime to get my CR-V, despite the fact that that day was his off-day.
