When I decided to buy a SUV I visited couple of Honda and Toyota car dealers in the neigbourhood first.Then I searhed Edmunds.com and applied to its "get a price quote" for Honda, Toyota and Chevrolet Equino Toyota car dealers in the neigbourhood first.Then I searhed Edmunds.com and applied to its "get a price quote" for Honda, Toyota and Chevrolet Equinox. I received promt emails from severel dealers including PRIME HONDA. The way that Prime Honda's email was designed was so appealing and persuading. I went to Prime Honda ,West Roxbury, with my sister and brother in law the next day. WE were welcomed so nicely that I felt really like I was really at home. Mr. Justin Schmid introduced himself to us and the rest was extremely happy moments, because he was the frendliest,most comforting, most hospitabale,most technical knowledge equipped and the most informative salesman I've ever seen. The rest of the crew of Prime Honda was also so friendly with great hospitality. Mr.Schmid was so good by his questions and explanations for helping me in determining which CR-V I want and suitable for me. He did not have the color I wanted, but he ,immediately, got help from his friends in Prime Crew and located the car for me and arranged the car to be delivered to West Roxbury on the promised day. He handled everything very promtly and nicely including insurance, registration and the rest to the extend that **He himself drove us to the insurance company twice, **He himself picked us up from Allston where we live, on the day that we would go to Prime to get my CR-V, despite the fact that that day was his off-day. I found that Prime Honda was by far an amazing car buying experience and was made so by Steven Roach. He took time to consider my picky needs and tried so very hard to get me the best deal on a car I was int experience and was made so by Steven Roach. Unfortunately due to work circumstances I was unable to purchase the vehicle at the hugely discounted rate. A few weeks on I contacted Steven about leasing a vehicle instead. He very kindly spent time before I went into the dealership in finding a car that I like and felt comfortable with. As it turned out leasing was not really a feasible option so he worked with the business manager on cutting me an AWESOME deal on financing the car. I have no complaints with the way my custom was handle and I am whole heartedly thankful that they were able to give me a deal so I could drive away in a new car. I will remain forever grateful for this great opportunity. I had been scorned by a previous dealership leaving me reluctant to make a further purchase, but after meeting Steven all my concerns disappeared.
