Prime Honda was the second dealership that I went to on my quest. Michael was very unprofessional, vulgar, and uncouth. Once his shift was over, he left and let the closer speak with us. I also think the way they spoke so poorly of other dealerships was unprofessional. They also tried to tell me I wouldnt be able to find the car I wanted anywhere else. I most certainly did! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I bought my Civic LX-S at Prime. I got the price I wanted over the internet and phone with Yan. Rui handled the financial side of things and is a pleasure to work with. I would also like to commend sales manager Graham Lower. When I took delivery of my car there was only one master key. Graham personally took me into the service department and had the service manager hook me up with a second key. Thanks to all the folks at Prime, not the least of all the lady at the info desk, she's very helpful and friendly. I have nothing but good feelings about my whole experience at Prime Honda. More
I spoke with April at noon and she confirmed a car was available. I then drove 60 miles to the dealership, only to be told the car was sold. So I drove home and when I got home I had a message saying th available. I then drove 60 miles to the dealership, only to be told the car was sold. So I drove home and when I got home I had a message saying the car was still available and the dealership would be willing to drive the car down to me in order for a test drive. Sounded great until I called back the next morning when the dealership opened only to be told the car was sold a couple days ago. This dealership obviously has no idea what they are doing and wasted a couple hours of my time driving over 60 miles each way simply to get me in the dealership when I am sure they knew the car was sold. STAY AWAY from them, they will waste your time just like they did mine! More
Great experience at Prime Honda. Went there first when I was in the process of shopping around and just gathering information. When I decided what I wanted and was ready to buy, I went back to Prime first to begin the negotiation process. Based on my research I knew what I wanted to pay for the car I was interested in. There was some negotiation but before long I had been given a price that I thought was more than fair. Even still, I decided to go to two other dealers (the same ones I had gone to when I was still in the researching phase) to see if they could meet or beat the deal. Neither one came close. In fact, one of the other dealers tried to convince me that the quote Prime had given me must have been without the destination fee. I called Prime on the spot (from the other dealer) to ensure that they had included the destination fee - which I was pretty certain they had. I could not get through to my salesperson at that moment so I was put through to the general sales manager who told me that all quotes from Prime included destination charge and that they would honor the quote they had given me. At that point, I went immediately back to Prime and gave them by business. All around, a good experience and an extremely good price. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically, Derrell Cole, the salesperson with whom I dealt. More
I had purchase a 2010 honda pilot these guys were very helpful especially Mr Rieder he is very friendly and happy, he made sure I got what I wanted. When things were not looking great for me in the financ helpful especially Mr Rieder he is very friendly and happy, he made sure I got what I wanted. When things were not looking great for me in the financial arena Mr Rieder went all out of his way to ensure that I got better service. I would not recommend customers to financial rep Karyn Ingran, she is unprofessional, unfriendly,and not a team player, she had made comments that she doesn't like Weston my sales rep. Overall I would recommend customers to this dealership because of Mr Rieder he is helpful, ensuring things are properly taken care of and customers needs are met. Thankyou prime motors! More

Many car salesmen appear very dishonest; he is the complete antithesis of this. Steven is enthusiastic but not pushy. He is knowledgeable, patient(!), and possesses an honest demeanor. I am impressed with his professionalism and absolutely recommend and will refer others to him who are in need of purchasing a car. I went car shopping on a Saturday with 2 teenagers--not an easy thing to do! The dealer has computer games, bowling, chocolate chip cookies, and popcorn to occupy the attention of children and teens, alike, and this allowed me the space I needed to go about the business of buying a car. The chocolate chip cookies were excellent! The general manager working last Saturday, whose name I, sadly, have forgotten was also expectional. I think his name was David ****. Like Steven, he appeared very patient, kind, and understanding, especially with regard to my Veteran status. More

Being 44 years old, I have dealt with lots of dealers in the past and have purchased many vehicles both new and used. I have never bought from the same dealer twice. However I would not hesitate to go back to Prime Honda again. Even though there were some problems that were beyond anyone's control (except the Registry of Motor Vehicles), Prime Honda was ready to step up to the plate to tackle those issues. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Prime Honda is willing to do what needs to be done to make the customer's experience a pleasant one with no regrets. Thank you. More
