The Prime experience was the best... went to Chambers two times that was the worst almost turned me off from buying the Honda CR-v. Then went to Prime and met with Peter Zois and he was so helpful,knowledg times that was the worst almost turned me off from buying the Honda CR-v. well. after visiting many car dealers in a period of 2 weeks, my husband and i decided to go to PRIME in WEST ROXBURY. upon arrival we were greeted by a young man, GUS. MR. Gus was very nice, very knowl weeks, my husband and i decided to go to PRIME in WEST ROXBURY. upon arrival we were greeted by a young man, GUS. MR. Gus was very nice, very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with the many questions my husband and i had. another reason we liked Gus is that he spoke calmly, he explained everything clearly. Gus made our experience at prime stress free. Gus actually came to our home to give my husband a ride to the dealership, when our car was ready. the car was ready the next day as promised with a full tank of gas and sticker ready to go. In the past I purchased two new cars from dealers and they never gave me as much individual attention as we have received from Gus. Did I mention that when i was in the business office for about an hour, Gus was with my eleven year old son at his desk, keeping my son entertained? It has occured to me that I have been talking about the wonderful service I received from Gus to all my friends, and in about a month, when my oldest son buys his new honda accord it is going to be from GUS. I rated price at 3 because in 2004 august I leased a 2004 honda accord LX priced at $20,000 with a deposit downpayment of $3,100 and a monthly payment rated price at 3 because in 2004 august I leased a 2004 honda accord LX priced at $20,000 with a deposit downpayment of $3,100 and a monthly payment of $154 for three years and then the lease was extended for another 2 years at the same monthly price of $154. In august 2009 I leased a 2009 honda civic LX priced at $18,900 with a deposit down payment fo $3,500 and a monthly payment of $197 for the next three years ... ( and of course depending on the market in aug 2012 ..honda will let me know if I can extend it for another 2 years to take me to 2014. The price of this 2009 deal is that the price of the car is less,( from $20000 to $18900) the down payment is more ( $3100 to $3500) and the monthly payment is more ($154 to $197 per month) .... i expected this deal to be::: No deposit ( I had a letter from irving texas waving the deposit, but Derrel Cole said that the deposit mentioned in the letter is different from the deposit that you pay as a downpayment..In my opinion it is a violation against the trade descriptions act or regulations.or the wording of this letter...... it was ambiguous .. ) instead I paid a down payment of $ 3000 deposit, and I was expecting the monthly payment to be $175. Accepting the abmiguity in the letter I still would have expected the deposit to be $2100. not $3500. given the economy right now .... The accord costed me $7.89 a day in the first three years ( in terms of just lease costs) the civic will cost me $9.657 a day in the first three years ( in terms of just lease costs.... i would have expected that a cheaper car( civic compared to a accord ), given the state of the economy to have been just a little bit higher than $ 7.89 per day ...but now i have a 22.3% increase in cost per day ( in terms of just lease costs.) I could have walked away and come back another day to negotiate but i did not wish to waste another day i just need to give the 5 years lease back ( the 2004 honda accord ) and start the new one ( the 2009 civic ) ... I do have time now, to write about it .. I now have a cheaper car costing more per day to me in almost an economic depression so whose cost am i carrying now??? ( the cost of the cookies ??? just a bit of humor ) It is not that i am counting pennies, but they are my pennies to count and your justification of prices ... so please tell me why??? the deal is out of synch .
